Clean room. Check in was easy. Breakfast was ok
The facilities and rooms are old with tape around the shower head and drain in the shower. The curtains in the room couldn't be shut to keep the morning sun out. The carpet was frayed in the room at the door jams.

The room was fine
The daytime staff was super rude. Also I got charged for incidentals which I have yet to have had explained to me as far as what the damage was... (There was none) and I am still in the process of trying to get that money back
Room was clean
Breakfast is great. Well staffed and clean. Home was in good shape. Hallway had an overbearing clean smell. Staff is always nice and pleasant.
For some reason the hallway and even the room can have an unpleasant smell but it evidently goes away or you get used to it.
Definitely a good value for the area. Beds were comfortable.
I think it’s just in need of some updating. Feels sad, dark. Kind of a funny smell in the room, probably from the yucky old carpets throughout.

old hotel. in serious need of renovation. breakfast was awful. poor choices. room smelled from something=almost didn't stay. hallways were dirty and carpet was warn out & smelly
Not much, except that the staff was nice. However, there is this one custodian who would open the door without waiting for us to open up for him.
The room was smaller than expected. The carpet was dirty and had a very weird smell. The smell was so bad that we had to switch rooms because I could not sleep and felt sick. The furniture was worn out and should be thrown out (Reference photos provided). I used to go to BW all the time, but this place needs to be renovated.
Comfortable,clean and great continental breakfast.
My wife has a bad hip and she had difficulty using the bathroom facilities.The toilet was too low.
