It was great and I plan on visit real soon.
Pros:

I loved the customer service, shuttle service, coffee and water. It was close to the shopping and only 5 min to the airport.

Cons:

No major qualms. For 3 people we needed 3 washcloths- only had 2 but did not need it.

Great overnight stay
Pros:

We stayed for a quick overnight after flying in to BWI. The shuttle was super prompt and very clear where to go. The front desk staff was very accommodating. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We got a good night's sleep. I didn't eat breakfast or use the TV, so I can't report on that.

Cons:

The wall-unit heater was noisy and hard to regulate. Also, we unplugged the refrigerator because it was making a loud humming noise.
