Since we had a rental car and had to fly out of BWI the next day, it was efficient, even enjoyable.
Pros:

Since this was our first stay at Holiday Inn Express Baltimore BWI, the employees were very kind and helpful when we entered the facility, directing us how to get to our room and directing us to good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Would definitely stay here again when I am in the Baltimore area.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding!. So may choices, that I was able to choose healthy options! Food was freshly prepared, well presented and tasty to boot! Loved the walnuts, raisins & dried cranberries for the oatmeal, as well as the egg white omelets! Staff paid attention the to buffet line and replenished items as needed. There was ample seating.
The baked cookies set out late pm were a nice touch. Loved the orange/strawberry as well as cucumber/lemon/lime infused water on tap. Staff always greeted us when we walked by. Shuttle drivers very accommodating, helping with luggage and getting in & out of shuttle.

Cons:

Some sweetener, I think it was Stevia was added to all the juices.
Dining area not open until 6:30 on Sundays. As I had an early flight, my shuttle to the airport left at 6:30 and I was not able to pick up a granola bar and fruit for example to eat before my flight. Result was that I had to pay approx $15 at airport for food. At least they can set out above non-perishables for guests to pick before they leave. Same sentiment from the person sharing the room. She left at 5 am for an even earlier flight out.

Everything I hoped for - safe, clean, and comfortable.
Pros:

Nice selection of items for breakfast. Very well stocked. Area was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper, and the pillows were perfect for me.

I expected basic airport hotel standars and all that was met.
Pros:

I liked the breakfast, coffee was good and you were able to find all the basics - normal average airport buffet. Room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

We waited the airport shuttle quite a long time. There was some band with all the intruments in front of us, so I assume we were unlucky. They take us to the car rentals next morning as planned which was really convinient. No reastaurant other than for breakfast. You can find options close by.

Overall, solid stay.
Pros:

This was a clean comfortable stay. The breakfast was good. Even a roon right next to the elevator stayed pretty quiet.

Cons:

Well, honestly, the price was fairly high that night. There was a KPop concert in Baltimore that really hiked everyone, so this is more of a situational gripe.

Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was fresh.. zero complaints, we will definitely be back next time!

Great staff
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast well stocked and fresh. The location is great.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was the in-room coffee pots. The coffee in the breakfast area is good but we missed the convenience of brewing our own.
