It smelled of chemicals like they had to delouse the room. Comforter was dirty. Bed was hard.

This place is gross roaches everywhere even outside. I saw big roaches right where I parked my car. I just stepped inside and checked the bed sheets if they don't have stain and cigarettes burnt like the first room. Then I was looking at the window saw a big roaches right on the front of my car. So, that I was thinking maybe just the outside roaches till night time came I saw the nightmare. I stay awake all night turn on all lights so they won't crawl on me. They crawl on tables I killed one on the table and show to those cleaning lady's. I was on the first floor room's. So I don't have any idea on the second floor. But still this place is just collecting money not taking care of the property. It's ridiculous! I was wanting to get out middle of the night but I don't really know the area just my first time. So I stay till morning knowing is bad. But if I have friend with me no way I sit there inside waiting for morning to come. I have all the evidence and I will do something about it. I have videos and pictures in my phone no lie just incase they will lie I have evidence. I spoke with the manager incharged over the phone told him about the issue, that place needs terminix it might help and he said if they do that no one allowed to stay in the room. So meaning they never treated the place because they lose business in any day. Seems like he is not worried people's health as long as he collects money from customers. Please 🙏 don't try to stay here specifically if you have kids not a good idea. I did read one review saying about roaches but I thought wasn't bad till I got there. I thought one roach I will be able to tolerate but I was wrong, that is what happened if you ignored what you read. I learned my lesson on that day it was nightmare and I was traveling for 12 hours straight just stopped on gas then drive.

Cleanliness

The humidity was SO bad we went and got some damp rid! Couldn't even get our towels to dry out. Killed a brown recluse spider in the shower, cleaned black mold off the wall and door frame. And there was a heavy odor of pot. Overall, not a pleasant experience. At all.

Room was very dirty. There was a press on nail in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty as was the comforter

Room smelled terribly. Either mold, mildew or no telling what. It affected my lungs.

Light switch in shower room is behind the door, bathtub floor was slippery, but was provided a bathmat after informing service desk. Orange and apple juice was watered down ugly tasting 🤢.

That i didn't get my deposit back like I was told I would at check out

1st room the lock didn’t work…. No problem things happen. 2nd room we were assigned was nice, then getting ready for a shower, found there were no bath towels in a room with 2 queen bed. Normally, at least 4 sets of towels. There were 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. Again the staff was friendly and quickly got us towels but, … they should have been in the room. And I guess a little higher price point has coffee maker, not a big deal but noticed. Breakfast was just waffles or cereal it appeared. Might have been more but was very limited
