Pros:

Clean staff was excellent. Location for our purpose was excellent. We were there for a graduation so we didn’t do much but sleep in the room but I’ve stayed in similar rooms for beach vacations that weren’t any cleaner or nicer. Very impressed.

Very nice and a great value. I will stay here again on my next trip.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with excellent oatmeal. I also liked having soap and lotion pumps at the bathroom sink as well as in the shower. It was a surprise to have a bedroom with an actual door.

Cons:

I don’t like the room damage charge tacked on up front. Now I have to make sure it is taken off which is inconvenient and unnecessary. The damage fee can and should be charged to the card in the event of damage, not in anticipation of it.

Overall stay was good. I have not thought about staying in an "Extended Stay" hotel for one night.
Pros:

This was a last minute stay with all of the other hotels in the area being booked because of Graduation weekend. the location was good for what I needed. The suite was like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and neat. This was the first time that I have stayed in an 'Extended Stay" hotel, but it worked great for staying just one night.

Cons:

Only negative was that the air conditioning unit was in a closet next in the bedroom which was very loud when it was running.

Would definitely stay again because the price was reasonable and the rooms were comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast had great options and was better than the reviews. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Late check out costs extra. The woman at the front desk had a bad attitude and smart mouth at check-in. Something was going on with the couch. The cushions were coming undone, made you lean when you sat down and were not large enough to cover the surface of the seating area.
