Highly Satisfied Stay
Pros:

The friendly staff made my stay special. I enjoyed the queen suite - clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast station was above average compared to other hotels I have stayed in. If I ever have a reason to visit Raleigh in the future, I will definitely rebook here.

Pros:

The rooms smelled very pleasant and were very clean. The hotel was very clean from entry to room. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful.

Cons:

I don't like how the sink is on the outside of the bathroom. I have sanitation and privacy concerns because once a person is using the bathroom, they have to touch the door knob to go wash their hands. There is no private space to use the restroom when the room is occupied by another person. A sliding door in the entryway where the section can be closed off would be a great additional option.

Pros:

Room was clean and comforatable

Cons:

Elevator was out of service. I had to get my 80 year old mother and 2 grandchildren and all our things up stairs. The pool ( which was big reason we chose this hotel). Was dirty water was nasty and their was a dead mouse in pool. My kids got in pool immediatly got out and had to showe. We the had to drive to a place with a pool and pay for a day of swimming.

Pros:

nothing. Extremely bad hotel and customer service.

Cons:

Very bad experience. The elevators were not working, and the front desk gave us the third floor. I had family and lots of luggage, but she did not consider our request to give us the first floor or even the second even though we were ready to pay extra. She was rude and unhelpful. There were a lot of other rooms available, but she declined to help us. Extremely stupid hotel. I think they have inflated their reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
