The pool was not working

Wasn’t cleaned properly
We were in the newer wing and it was very clean.
The AC wouldn’t go below 75. I couldn’t sleep because the room was so hot. Also, we got there at 11pm and had to talk to the clerk through a tiny window and I couldn’t hear her at all.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Front Office Manager. From the moment we needed assistance, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We had last-minute reservation needs and room arrangements, and she handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with a genuinely caring attitude.

Sound insulation. Noisy neighbors past midnight. Toilet access for the wheelchair was tight/difficult.
