Last day at 8:00 am locked out room. Staf had escort me to room everytime on st day as i was locked out room duevto upcoming checkout.

Seeing the green pool

Pool was closed & green with algae. Was misled because this wasn’t stated on the website when I booked. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.
Staff very friendly, hotel was clean. We have stayed there twice now. We have enjoyed it both times

The pool was nasty green. The vent didn't work in the bathroom.

My room was not ready when I arrived at 3. So I left went to run an errand came back at 4:15 it still was not ready, then they found me a room and I had to change rooms. The bed linen did not have a pleasant smell at all and the wifi was not good. For the amount of money they charge its unexceptable.
John at the front desk. He was so attentive and kind making sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Also night shift lady that was there Saturday, Alice I think, was very friendly and helpful getting things ready for the next days stay.

We had to reactivate our room keys every day that we were there. It is a shame you do not have a service elevator for house cleaning

Room safe did not work, room wasn't cleaned well
The carpet turn the bottom of our socks black. Power outlets at the nightstand didn't work. The pool needs a professional cleaning and proper chemical levels.
Perfect location and great breakfast.
Quiet and not a lot of thru traffic, very convenient location to shopping places also.
