Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.
Pros:

I wasn’t feeling well so I only had a biscuit which was good.

Cons:

When we first checked in we asked about a 1st floor and was told there are not any and then over heard the front desk staff tell another customer that she could put them in a 1st floor but informed her to be quite. Then we were put in a room on the 2nd floor that smelled.

Thank you for making out stay comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. One of the ladies at the front desk even gave my son a water from the cooler and told us not to worry about paying. The lady in charge of the breakfast smiled and was very nice also. Great people working there.
