The check-in staff was friendly.

Cons:

The unproperly anchored toilet in the bathroom that tipped if you leaned at all, the mystery stains on not only the pullout mattress but almost every other surface including the leg of the desk, the musty smell of the hallways, and for breakfast we were served rubbery, cold eggs as well as yogurt almost three weeks out of date. Completely and utterly unacceptable.

Pros:

First visit with Comfort Suites. It won't be my last. I found my bed quite comfy. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was amazing! Scrambled eggs and waffles! YUM! Most of the staff was warm and welcoming. The wi-fi worked and didn't fizzle out with endless buffering. I will definitely look for Comfort Suites on my next journey.

Cons:

There was no available cart at checkout. Had to make multiple trips to load the car.

The facility was clean and had a great breakfast. It was quiet and in a decent spot so we felt safe. The staff on hand were very nice and helpful also.
