Perfect stay that exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

I love the cleanliness of the room, central location in Nimman area, the wide spread offering at breakfast and most of all, the staff of the hotel made the stay the most memorable.

Firstly, I would like to compliment Khun Fong at Front Desk who always brings me so much joy with her warm and kind smile when I arrive to check in. She is so thoughtful to always welcome me back by my name as I approach the front desk.

Secondly, I would like to compliment the team of staff at the restaurant during breakfast. Thank you to Am, Aomsin, Kong, Pang for their dedication to their work. I was last here in March 2026. When I returned to the hotel this time, Pang and Am were able to remember my usual drinks and eggs order even before I said anything! They truly demonstrate care and put in heart to remember what guests like. I am deeply impressed.

Lastly, I would like to compliment Khun Bon and Khun Gui from concierge. I have seen them the first time I stayed with the hotel in 2023 till now. Each time I return, I feel so welcomed by them like brothers. They truly warm my heart and make Chiang Mai feel like my second home. I have seen so many staff come and go over the years and they are the ones who have stayed committed to their work. I love how each time they speak about their passion for the work that they do here and how they go beyond their duty to take care of the guests.

Please extend my deepest appreciation and acknowledgement to all of them. Thank you!

服務人員非常專業，房間乾淨又寬敞！
可以住滿24小時晚班機可以選擇22:00退房很棒
地點在尼曼路附近算是交通方便 但離古城有點距離
飯店有接駁去Maya百貨，隨叫可以隨時出發蠻好的

Cons:

插座是去泰國少見的圓腳插座插座，而且只能用圓腳插頭，而且櫃檯無法借轉接頭，要多多注意

Excellent stay as always

호텔 너무 깔끔했고 직원분들 모두 친절해요!
수영장 이용은 하지 않았지만, 호텔 컨디션이 너무 좋아서 다시 치앙마이 가게된다면 방문할 것 같아요^^

Perfect, volgende keer zullen we hier weer naartoe gaan!

Beste bed waar ik op mijn vakantie in Thailand in heb geslapen. Personeel super vriendelijk en dacht mee voor transport naar mijn volgende locatie. Hebben ons aan een uitstekende chauffeur gekoppeld. Kunst in de lobby was prachtig, zwembad fantastisch en beste ontbijtservice die we hebben ervaring in 1 maand door Thailand reizen.
