I have stayed here 4 times and am very satisfied with this hotel for those looking for a good value
Pros:

The Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods to suit everyone's desires. I loved the Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes. I liked the mini muffins and strawberry yogurt. I loved the coffee. I had no room for the Belgian waffles or oatmeal or fresh fruit or orange juice.
The location is great. It is on Highway 70 in Riodoso.

Quiet and Comfortable with pool and hot tub

Cons:

Don’t understand the rave reviews for breakfast - it was mediocre at best, value chain fare and coffee/eggs were not that good. Clock radio woke me up at midnight.

Lower your price and replace the mattress for the next guests as we will not stay there again.

The beds suck, uncomfortable and the sheets has what felt like sand. Had to go to the front desk and request new set of sheets. The price we paid was extremely high for the area.
