La ubicacion, sus alrededores.
La falta de limpieza en la estacion donde se servia el desayuno, no la limpaban y la caneca llena de desechos. El piso del comedor no lo barrian.
Tuvimos que hacer reclamo en recepcion por que no limpiaban la habitacion. Mala atencion.

The room did not have enough towels. We had 2 and we booked the room for 4 people. We ended up sharing towels when we took a shower. There was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower. The room had cob webs on the ceiling.
Average hotel breakfast. Plenty of choices. Easy access to hotel. Two dining facilities located within walking distance.
Room looked run down. Chair, although it had adjustable height, was still too low and fabric was very worn. Freezer compartment of in room refrigerator was not working.

Very clean. The check in area was not cluttered. The bedding was very comfortable. The bath and hair products did not contain many chemicals . The breakfast selection hd something for everyone.

Lady checking us in was more concerned about opening her starburst. Room was disgusting, overall look was dirty. Way overpriced for a uncomfortable, poorly lit room

Worst stay ever. Lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful or accommodating even in the slightest way. Had to wait 2 hours to get in one room because it wasn't cleaned yet
. We had many people there for a wedding with lots of rooms. One party was told they had to pay $50 extra to check in at 2pm and after they paid they went to their room and it wasn't cleaned yet so they had to wait for another room. This place was a nightmare from booking to stay
. Go to the Marriott across the street.
