Het hotel heeft een perfecte ligging bij de Niagara Falls. De bedden zijn comfortabel en het ontbijt is standaard maar voldoende.
Er mag wel wat meer aandacht naar het onderhoud in de kamer, het zwembad en het algemene niveau van de schoonmaak/hygiene.
Nice, clean room. Breakfast was very busy, but they kept re-stocking everything right up until 10:00 instead of letting things run out. Excellent location, within walking distance of the falls.

El desayuno era bueno, aceptable. Estaba muy bien ubicado, a unas 12 cuadras del Parque para visitar las Cataratas. Buena habitación. Todo limpio.
Le agregaría un hall con sillones en la recepción. Era solo una entrada con el mostrador y nada más.
Parking should have been included. There was no water bottle. At least one welcome beverage could have been found in the room.

The tub was clogged up , water takes long to drain

Nothing is great except the proximity to tourist spots. The hotel smelled very bad, bed sheets were not cleaned properly, the elevator had unbearable smell. I was expecting much better facilities with $500.

Why do they charge you 10 dollars to park? You’re staying at their property and most customers drive there. This information should be let known before you book at the hotel.
