Soggiorno rovinato da due multe per colpa dell'hotel
Pros:

La struttura in sé è accogliente e le camere sono risultate confortevoli per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ho apprezzato molto anche la posizione comoda dell'hotel, ideale per i miei spostamenti. Nel complesso l'esperienza in albergo sarebbe stata del tutto positiva.

Cons:

Purtroppo la gestione del parcheggio è stata pessima e mi ha causato un grave danno economico, dato che non hanno aggiornato la mia targa nel sistema. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, ho ricevuto una prima risposta in cui mi promettevano di risolvere la questione, ma successivamente sono letteralmente spariti nel nulla. Ad oggi non rispondono più ai solleciti e le due multe risultano ancora del tutto attive a mio carico.

It was wonderful, except the absence of a pool
Pros:

All of the staff was absolutely wonderful...friendly, professional, and very helpful and easy to work with.

Cons:

We traveled with kids and a dog and stayed mainly because it had a pool and was pet friendly. We found out, after searching unsuccessfully, that there was not one. Very disappointed...

Don’t stay here.
Pros:

This is the worst hotel. I only stay here for the location convenience for work and I enjoy the kitchenette. The front desk lady is incompetent. I told her I already fully paid for my booking and she charged me again. The charge posted to my account and did not fall off.

Cons:

The elevators sound like they’re about to go out, the rooms are not well kept, soap bottles empty, hotel has been under renovation for 5 years and still looks like shit. Random noise from the vents. I can go on and on. Terrible property.

I did not like the fact that this hotel is a lot older than what the pictures projected online. When I arrived at check-in one of my questions was, where is the pool? We had planned on taking a swim before. Relaxing, only to get there and to be told that the pool was out of order. And that it was being renovated prior to walking towards the elevator the door to the pool was cracked open. I pushed open the door to see the poor and little behold. There was nothing but material in that room. When I say materials I mean paid paint brushes drywall it was absolutely ridiculous
Upon crawling the hotel before I arrived, I was told that there was a pool. However they forgot to mention that the pool was unavailable and had been unavailable for months

Staff was nice and it was a good location to get to Riley hospital
Cons:

The room was not cleaned like it should have been there was a target bag in one of the cupboards and the top of the refrigerator was so dusty and there was toys left in one of the side drawers. So the cleaning person is not cleaning well in the rooms

Pros:

The room was clean and nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The lobby and walkway to the elevators were old and dingy. Didn’t bother me. Elevator seemed sketchy, bounced at beginning and end. But it worked. So credit there.

Evening desk staff was slow in getting guests checked in and could not find our reservation.
Pros:

we did not eat breakfast at this location.

Cons:

I had reserved a room via Booking.com. the evening staff could not find the information on my reservation. The morning staff did find it in the computer.
