Location and breakfast.

Cons:

All the pillows are to soft. There were no firm pillows. I could not sleep with soft pillows and even stacking g them did not help me sleep.

One night stay near PDX
Pros:

We checked in and were given a room on the first floor which was very conveninent. We asked if it would be possible to return our rental car to the airport and get a ride back to the hotel. We were assured that would be fine, and that there were places nearby to have dinner, or the shuttle driver could take us to Cascade Station nearby. Everything worked out great! Comfortable bed, personable and helpful staff.

I would certainly stay at the best western again.
Pros:

Good variety, didn’t expect a breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes etc.

Cons:

My only complaint was that when you turned the light on in the bathroom the fan also came on and it was very loud indeed.

Great location, clean, comfortable and nice staff.
Pros:

It was easy close to the airport and in a good location. Easy access to freeways. Also the shuttle service to the airport in the very early morning was on time convenient. The hotel and room was clean and breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and easy process to check in and out.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Pros:

Breakfast has many choices. Was open for grab and go at 4AM. Full breakfast 6 to 10mAM.
