This is our go to hotel when in the area
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were very relaxing . Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Pool closed at 9pm . 10 or 11pm would have been so much better .

The location is good , the breakfast and staff are always good.

Cons:

Our room had a dehumidifier and the hall an odor . We had to pay 50 for an early check in and we have stayed there multiple years and at least twice a year .

Overall good place to stay
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, great pool & Jacuzzi, excellent location, fair pricing

Cons:

Could feel vibrations and hear slamming every time a door closed near our room. Pool and Jacuzzi close earlier than most other hotels that we've stayed in. Fitness center open until 11pm, pool closes at 9 pm.

Disappointing
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

I was to get a room with a Jacuzzi tube. I book this room for an anniversary stay. It was booked 2 months in advance. I paid over 200$ for the room and got no jacuzzi!! I asked the desk they blamed booking.com. Booking.com blames the hotel. So I check what a room would cost to reserve 125-155! Why was I charged 200$

Excellent value, clean rooms, great staff, and a perfect location for visiting Hersheypark.
Pros:

The location was great for anyone visiting Hersheypark. The breakfast was awesome, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were much larger than I expected. The hotel was clean, the pool was well maintained, and it offered excellent value for the price.

Cons:

Everything was fine. I didn’t have any complaints during my stay.

The room was quite large and so was the hot tub

Cons:

Air conditioning kept going off and I had to restart it in the middle of the night by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Also, the telephone did not work.

Good clean comfortable sleep and excellent breakfast selection
Pros:

Good breakfasts. Rooms clean and quiet even with them filled to capacity. Pet friendly and no odors. Forgot to replace towels. One call to front desk and delivered to my room in five minutes

Cons:

Sweltering in pool area. Indoors with direct sun. small area and hot tub added to the smothering feeling.

Great location, good food too.
Pros:

Got the rooms with the two queen beds. Typical rooms, they were clean which is always the most important thing to us. Decent amount of outlets to charge your devices too.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options (bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs- scrambled and cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, waffles, plus a lot more). The waffles had great flavor and came out really fluffy each time. My family really enjoyed everything.

Rooms were affordable too and the hotel is very close to the highway. Location was perfect as it was right between both Hershey and Lancaster (about 20 mins in either direction).
