It was a convenient location with a good breakfast to start the day.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good as always. This is one of the main reasons we choose Holiday Inn.

Cons:

Parking. I needed to pull my car in to pick up luggage and the staff just handed me off to the parking garage.

Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast but need upgrade the AC system
Pros:

The location is great, within walking distance to major landmark. The breakfast was good, tho it was the same for the days we stayed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and felt welcomed by friendly staffs.

Cons:

The whole AC system is old and very loud. Hard to fall asleep with that noise.

Frig issue and corrected immediately
Pros:

Ali came up to fix our frig. He responded quickly. Ali was very nice and friendly. Ali scooped out the issue and corrected the issue immediately.

Would definitely stay here again, but with the expectation of a slightly more run down hotel.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Housekeeping didn't do a great job of removing the trash from our room when they did the cleaning, but they were always accommodating when we asked for new towels or toilet paper, ect. The rooms were to be expected but for the price the location was fantastic. Walking distance from city hall, reading terminal market, restaurants, ect. Couldn't beat it for the price. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn't really remove the trash from our room every day so we had to take care of it. That was a mild annoyance. The TV was old with the remote that didn't really work and they didn't have the option for PPV movies or anything like that.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION Cant beat the location. It’s near EVERYTHING
Pros:

The free breakfast was amazing. Normally you think with the buffet style the food won’t be to good, but the eggs were great and the bacon was perfectly cooked, and a great selection of juice beverages

Cons:

The parking attendant was rude when parking, however the parking attendant that checked us out was fantastic.
