I had to travel to Philly for an appointment at the wills eye hospital, I was at the hotel from Sunday July 19th- July 21 . I must say the front desk crew was awesome! Sean, Solomon, and Ari went out of their way to make my stay pleasant! And Charles, who is security is definitely the right man for the job .There was a sweet lady from England that was also working the front desk but I didn't get her name, sweet lady! And the staff on Tuesday when I checked out was quite gracious to this rambling ole North Carolina wonan Room was nice, clean, and comfortable., no issues. Having said that, let me point out things I feel need addressed. The furniture in the lobby needs to be cleaned, the dirt is obvious., and a little more care towards the tiny crevices where USB ports are The front desk is cluttered with too many things that the hotel wants to make guests aware of, a clean and open front desk area is more inviting . It makes it crowded for the guests and the staff to take care of business- and yes, I know that people are more inclined to simply ask the staff as opposed to reading all those placards. Make a designated area for tourist information such as tourist attractions/information. Also some menus available from restaurants that deliver.. I know this information is available in different areas on web sites but people are usually tired when they check in or have been out for the day and want easy access to local information. In my opinion, a perfect location for these items is underneath the television across from the front desk, I would also include locations of ice and vending(a placard on the wall where the elevators are located). I am a seasoned traveler, my late husband and I traveled frequently due to his obligations in an organization he belonged too ( the Fraternal Order of Police). But over all the hotel was worth the stay! I enjoyed the stay and if I have to return I will choose to stay again!

Antonio, Miss Cat and the rest of the breakfast crew were very friendly and helpful. The food was really good and they were constantly restocking it. If you needed something they were quick to get it for you.
Gail in housekeeping was also very attentive to our needs. She was quick to restock our towels and thoughtful to ask if our room needed refreshed every day.
The front desk crew was cheerful and helpful upon check in after midnight. We felt very welcome.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent value for walkability, friendly and very helpful staff especially Jermaine, who came to my rescue when I forgot a few items. I cannot thank Jermaine enough.

The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast experience was the best I have had for a hotel stay. There was a wide variety of food that was plentiful and delicious. There were several staff that kept the area clean and the machines filled up. The housekeeping staff was friendly and hardworking. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. The HR manager should be commended for hiring a great staff. If I come to Philly again, I will stay here again.

Choosing this property for our July All Company Meeting turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.

Every expectation was met, and many were exceeded. The rooms were comfortable, the air conditioning was a lifesaver during an extremely hot week, the breakfast was consistently excellent, and the Midtown location made it easy for our team to enjoy everything Philadelphia has to offer.

What truly set this property apart, however, was the staff. From thoughtful restaurant recommendations to seamless support throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. Our entire group agrees it was one of the best offsites we've held.
