The gym could use some upkeep. The bikes didn’t park and the weights were rusty. Also the breakfast could be stocked more frequently.

It's really nothing bad about the hotel

הגענו למלון ונאלצנו לעזוב תוך פחות משעה. באזור הלובי והקבלה היו אנשים שיכורים שהתנהגו בצורה מאיימת, לצד ריחות חריפים של אלכוהול וחומרים אסורים בשטחי המלון. המקום הרגיש לחלוטין לא בטוח לשהייה.

פקידת הקבלה הבטיחה במקום שנקבל החזר כספי מלא עקב הנסיבות. בפועל, החשבון חויב במלואו ללא שום החזר, והנהלת המלון מתעלמת לחלוטין מפניות במייל. תרמית ושירות מחפיר, תתרחקו!

- When I was greeted at the hotel I said Hi, the receptionist said “Bye!”. I immediately felt an air of hostility. When I displayed my surprise at her comment, she never smile, but instead she said “It was a joke” and again never smile. I did not feel welcomed at this hotel. Very surprising noted I only stay at Hilton properties.
- Staff didn’t greet me as a Hilton Honor member that I normally receive at a Hilton property.
- Staff didn’t wear a name tags and I had to ask what her name was
- One of the staff member was wearing what appeared to be sweat pants and sweater.
- chair in room 314 had a large stain on it (see photo)
- Floor (Rm 314) near the air conditioning unit was soaking wet. (front desk was contacted and we were advised that they would look into it)
- Desktop was stained with hand smudges (see photograph)
- Tub under the top drain was dirty and stained
- No shampoo in the shower dispenser.

My one complaint would be that the pool was waayyyyy too hot! It was hot tub temperature, might be nice for some people but I found it humid and uncomfortable

I didn't like how I noticed that it was a couple spots on the bed and how I can still can see a cup ring on the dresser where the TV was when the last person that was there; which tells me who ever cleaned the room didn't wipe down good enough. I didn't complain because I was only staying one night.

Too many things to count. I would give this hotel a 0/5 stars if I could. It was in a bad neighborhood, directly off of the highway. The front desk lady had a horrible attitude. Tried to con us into signing up for the stupid rewards for Hilton when I will never be staying at another location again. We traveled out of state and just wanted to check into our room after a long day. The room was incredibly dirty and disgusting. It smelled absolutely horrible when my husband and I walked in. Very musty and moldy smelling. We always check the beds before setting anything down and thank goodness we did. They were dirty and had what appears to be dried blood on the sheets (photos included). The sheets and pillow cases smelled so badly, I’m not sure that they’ve ever been cleaned. A red flag when we checked in is that house keeping comes every TWO days. We never saw them and we were there for 3 days. The walls had weird suspicious marks on them. The floor & carpet next to the bed was torn up and incredibly dirty. There were weird spots on the door frame into the bathroom. The bathtub & shower looked permanently dirty and discolored. The garbage can outside of the hotel was piling up and overflowing. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. As we were checking out, the front desk lady barely spoke to us. She told a maintenance worker to check on another room because they reported an ant problem in their room. The online photos of the exterior and interior of the place do NOT match what it actually is! For the price we paid, it was absolutely criminal. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Online said recently renovated. We were in room 137, obviously not renovated. First floor hall constantly smelled of Marijuana, it even came through our door. Loud music playing 130 in morning. 2 huge stains on couch, which we did not use. 4 bed pillows were worthless, super flat. Towels were like sandpaper. Extremely poor lighting in bathroom.
