Would definitely stay again
Pros:

The staff was always so nice. Our room was very nice and clean

Cons:

The pool was closed. I was told it was closed Labor Day. Temperatures were still in the upper 90’s the whole time we were there

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights. For 3 nights the doors keys didn’t work for any guest rooms. So every time you needed to get back into your room you had to ask the receptionist to assist you. At times you would wait for a while due to them letting in another customer. IT should have acted on this issue ASAP and not made the hotel wait 4 days to fix it.

Pros:

Front desk concierge and Dietary staff were excellent during our stay! The food was great and we did not feel rushed while it even breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom in room 317 was not clean and had previous guest hair. In and around the face bowl. Hair around the toilet and inside of the shower. Clean linen was not offered, nor was the room clean.While we stayed there. These services were not offered, and this is clearly unacceptable for the price that we were charged. Housekeeping staff, on the other hand we're terrible!
