Great inside as long as you stay inside.
Pros:

Staff was great, rooms were very clean, very good future condition and bathrooms

Cons:

The location of the hotel was only good on oneside. The right side was next to a beautiful church. The back had a competitor hotel connected to the parking lot and the left side was next to many fast food restaurants and stores with bad trash stacked up, broken down cars and some scary areas of bursh that made you not want to be in the area walking.

Pros:

Great location and convenient to dining & shopping! Easy access on and off to the expressway! Will stay again when I'm back in the area.

Cons:

Didn't really dislike anything during my stay. Other than i didn't get a chance to visit the pool area.

Pros:

The staff is always friendly and helpful from the front desk to the breakfast buffet to the housekeeping staff. Jason (long hair) and Tyron were particularly helpful, especially Jason who we look forward to seeing each visit.
Joan at the buffet is like a visit with an old friend, very sweet.

Cons:

No complaints.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is my preferred hotel when I'm visiting the area. Never had a bad stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room. The breakfast at the hotel was great. We enjoyed the variety of food options, and the food service areas were well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was well appointed and conveniently located.

Cons:

I do prefer to have my room cleaned daily, but I know most hotels no longer do that. Other than that, I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Pros:

We liked the location, centrally located to everything we needed. The guy at the counter was friendly. The cleaning lady was nice. The room was clean. Had everything we needed.

Cons:

The coffee pot wouldn't work right. Our room wasn't ready and we had to wait for a room. The hair dryer was hard to use - it didn't turn on unless I pushed the reset button on the outlet on the wall.

Excellent établissement pour le prix
Pros:

Le personnel était extremement accueillant et se pliait en 4 pour servir. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est correct

Cons:

Le ménage n'est fait qu'un jour sur 2 mais ils acceptent de le faire à la demande si besoin

Uncomfortable high bed. Need step stool to get in bed. AC near couch. No nightlight near bathroom
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Would have preferred if it ended at 9:30 or 10:00.
