Pros:

Front desk concierge and Dietary staff were excellent during our stay! The food was great and we did not feel rushed while it even breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom in room 317 was not clean and had previous guest hair. In and around the face bowl. Hair around the toilet and inside of the shower. Clean linen was not offered, nor was the room clean.While we stayed there. These services were not offered, and this is clearly unacceptable for the price that we were charged. Housekeeping staff, on the other hand we're terrible!
