Mistakes were made
Pros:

Room size

Cons:

Breakfast was frozen precooked everything eggs, sausage, bacon pre cooked. Beds were cheap and extremely uncomfortable. The balcony was a joke, railing was rusted dangerous concrete was crack and chucks missing. TV sucked nothing to watch unless you pay for Netflix or prime video. Pools are not heated well, spotty at best.

I had somewhere to stay.
Pros:

Proximity to popular travel locations.

Cons:

The hotel needs a good deep clean. Carpets in the halls are stained, there’s rust on the bed frames, walls are scratched.. all around just a very mid hotel.
The cleaning crew did not change our sheets once in the 4 days.

Cons:

Sink was outside the bathroom and took a while for water to drain. Bathroom was small. The couch was unnecessary in my opinion. They could've just use the space to expand the bathroom.
The hair dryer in my room was missing as well.

It was nice, got the job done, idk if I’d stay again though.
Pros:

Easy to access and close to lots of amenities and Dollywood!

Cons:

There was popcorn kernels in the sofa bed from the last guest. Someone’s used wet rag was still in the shower. The towels had stains on them that looked like blood. The USB port in the wall didn’t work to charge my phone.

Some good, some not so good!
Pros:

Location was great. Good breakfast. Friendly staff ( except for the person who was in charge of the breakfast--she was quite snippy and particular about guest behavior, both ours and other guests' behavior).

Cons:

Booked a room with a balcony (clearly shown in the booking pictures), so we could sit outside and enjoy the view and got a room on the ground floor with an outdoor patio. When I questioned the desk clerk about the fact that I didn't get a balcony room, she said that the patio WAS a balcony. Don't think most people would call a patio on the ground a balcony! When I asked for furniture to sit outside, I was informed that no outdoor furniture was provided, meaning we could not enjoy the outdoor space, which we had paid extra for! If we had known none was provided, we could have brought lawn chairs. But alas, that info was not included in the description! The lobby area was very attractive and appeared to be newly renovated, but the hall carpet was old and had tears in it. The tile in the bathroom was cracked, and there were no towel racks for the towels, so they were on the shower chair. Where do we put them if we need to use that chair? Also, I got locked inside the bathroom! Had to deep-breathe to keep from panicking, and my traveling companion picked the lock to get me out.

Small things that may not matter to others, but all in all I would rate this Hotel 5 Stars!!
Pros:

Cleanliness of the lobby, elevator and room were exceptional. Extra's in the room such as shampoo and conditioner was appreciated. I enjoyed the balcony.

Cons:

Sound of the running children and the loud talking coming from the hall. The curtain was over the heating vent, so it blew up the wall instead into the room.

It was a great getaway and not too far from home
Pros:

The temperature had just dropped after we got there and the gas fireplaces were on outside and I absolutely love that. Also, if I had brought my bathing suit, I would swam in the heated pool

Good enough
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The guy that checked us in was awesome! The pool(s) are very nice.

Cons:

No chairs on the balconies. Had to move rooms due to a bed that had fresh stains all over the sheets. One of the front desk clerks at checkout was incredibly rude when I asked about the discount I was promised for the inconvenience.
