The clean room and bed was comfortable

Cons:

The front desk was on his cell phone ear pods talking on personal call while attending during check in. People were arguing loud on 3rd floor. The elevator door would not shut until after 5 attempts.

If walls could talk, they’d testify

I’m not entirely sure if I booked a hotel room or accidentally walked into an active crime scene.

There was blood. On the floor. On the wall. On the bed. Not a “maybe that’s a stain” situation — actual, visible blood. At that point, staying wasn’t even a question. I went straight to the front desk because I’m not trying to star in my own episode of Forensic Files.

And the best part? They refused to give a refund.

So just to confirm: this establishment is perfectly comfortable charging people to sleep in what appears to be a biological hazard. Bold business model.

Also, please don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. Either those people stayed in a completely different dimension, or their standards are… deeply concerning. Because what I walked into was not just “a little dirty” — it was unsafe and they are greedy.

Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. A gas station parking lot has better odds at being clean, and at least there you won’t be expected to sleep next to biohazard material.

1/5 stars — and that star is for the door working so I could leave immediately.

Expected more for the price I paid
Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned, you could see handprints and smudges on the head board and doors, the air conditioner gave off a funny smell, restroom door would not close properly and had broken hooks. Rooms didn’t even have actual shower towels, they were pool towels as big as a hand towel, doors were not swept. The elevator was Extremely dirty, staff was hardly ever at the desk and when they were they were getting complaints from other guests. And they advertised that they had 2 pools only to find out there were NO POOLS. Honestly wished I would’ve taken pictures

The staff were extremely rude and indifferent. No one even looked you in the face. I had to leave 3 days early due to my son's health problems. I spoke to reception and they said they would refund for 2 days, but I haven't received a refund and my calls haven't been answered.

Amazing stay with stunning Night View
Pros:

Amazing stay! The view from my room was beautiful, especially at night. Everything was well-maintained and the service was quick. Breakfast was also really good. Totally worth the money.
