Pros:

It's hard to think of anything other than the location

Cons:

Naked man walking around the pool, no ice machines working, out of order bathroom in the lobby, mold above my bed on the ceiling, lumpy bed, and mediocre breakfast

Very disappointed and marred a good trip!
Pros:

Not much if I am brutally honest.

Cons:

Distance from centre (good 20/25 mins with no traffic, fitness suite none existent, breakfast not cracking ended up eating out very out dated rooms , shower ventilator very noisy so couldn’t have it on, and had to leave lights on in bathroom so we had them!!

Not happy with new staff.
Pros:

The staff before a kid started there.

Cons:

The new kid they have working there. He is rude and non helpful amd we have stayed there a bunch of times before but never will again with the new staff.
