You should be ashamed of how disgusting this hotel is.
Pros:

Nothing. The location was convenient. That's all. See below.

Cons:

I booked three rooms for my colleagues - including the 2 BR Penthouse Suite - and I was told the rooms were disgusting. Dirty, smelly, absolutely gross. They even sent me pictures and I can see stains, food (a Cheeto), dirt everywhere. The staff was preoccupied with a conference going on. Unacceptable. Plus the rate was much higher during their stay - but even if the hotel was 1/3 less money, it should have been clean. The photos on the website are a complete fabrication of the reality.

Fantastic place - some but not all terrible staff
Pros:

I love the convenience of where it was located to where I needed to be

Cons:

The staff that were on when I checked in
Rather than interacting with me they were bitching about a male co worker that they didn’t like

There is no assistance with bags

Pros:

The staff, the breakfast selection,my room was all amazing

Cons:

The system went down. We had didn't get in out room until after 10 pm. We went upstairs 3x before we actually got a room that didn't have anyone in there. But the staff was still amazing throughout the madness. I'll definitely stay again

Hotel sales staff doesn't care! Hotel's filthy condition!
Pros:

We wanted to book a block of 25+ rooms for my mother's 95th birthday party over Labor day weekend. we're having 130 people attend from out of town. The hotel sales department at the Embassy Suites grapevine were a bit unresponsive but when they did respond the hotel sales rep did not offer us anything! The price she gave us for the room block was $20/night more than what was on the "Embassy Suites" website! And $30/night more than 3rd party booking sites for the same exact nights, same exact hotel, and the same exact rooms. When I told her that, she didn't care.

She offered NO booking incentives: no reduced rates, extra no points, no free parking, no etc....NOTHING!
This not only made us feel very unwelcome and unwanted but also giving us a rate so high, it made us feel like we were being treated like they thought we're stupid....

It's a good thing we didn't....We did a site visit and found the grounds and parking lot full of garbage. While sitting on a couch by the restaurant we saw 2 cockroaches crawling on the furniture and the lobby bathrooms were smelly and filthy!
The whole hotel is in poor condition!

I would never do business with Embassy Suites Grapevine hotel! and I'll tell everyone how we were treated!
