My car got broken into in the parking lot ... my window was broken when I woke up ... Safety is a big concern in this area

Not happy with fact we upgraded to a suite for the couch and no couch
Pros:

Room was clean, nice outdoor seating area with fire pit (that didn’t work) breakfast was good lots of options.

Cons:

Pool was dirty the picture of the suite is not what we got and they didn’t credit us the difference, we thought it was closer to downtown than what it was, there was no jacuzzi on property. The fire pit in outdoor seating area was out of propane.

Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. It was in a couple of minutes from where we were scheduled to be for the graduation we were attending. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Cons:

There seems to be a slight problem with the elevator. Once you get to the third floor going up or coming down there seems to be a clock or something. ( the maintenance needs to check into it) Also, we saw only one roach. They need to start before this situation gets out of control.
