I've stayed at this location before and the general appearance is having a "tired" look and both halls and guest rooms are in need of refurbishing.

The bathroom was disgusting with patched and peeling walls. Looked moldy from the shower. I couldn’t believe they rented out that room

If I needed more than a place to just 'lay down my head' I'd ask for my money back!
Cons:

Shower stall in Rm 237 was visibly dirty - like REALLY DIRTY - like DORMITORY DIRTY! Floors may not have been vacuumed, but were certainly dirty/stained in elevator, 2nd floor hallway and in room 237. Bed was lumpy, but clean. I've stayed in plenty of the Holiday Day INN Express locations in a few different states - sad to say this one was the worst by a wide margin.

It was fine, but I won't be back.
Pros:

The location was good. The room was quiet (until the staff knocked on our door all morning thinking we had gone before checkout time)

Cons:

The whole place looked shabby. Stains everywhere inside the room and throughout the building. The staff didn't have it together.

The host that served breakfast was rud. Not the first time. The first incident on a previous trip was with me and this past time it was with my wife.
