A peaceful and comfortable stay, with an excellent service, and a convenient location.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious after we were given an upgrade. It overlooked the backyard, making it very quiet and peaceful. Super comfy beds and pillows, as well as blackout curtains created great opportunity for a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location is excellent, with easy access to both bus and metro stations. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood. Hotel breakfast was great though, offering a good variety of options.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like during our stay.

Удобное местоположение, рядом метро, магазин, ж/д вокзал, 20-30 мин пешком до центра города. Отель расположен в тихом и безопасном районе. Удобные кровати, хороший кондиционер. Наличие лифта в доме.

Cons:

Грязный (пыльный) пол, для аллергиков это проблема. Плохо уходила вода в раковине.

£320 room with balcony for 1 night.

Location - walking distance to several Metro stations.

View from balcony - Rue du Constinantople.

Balcony size fitted small table and 2xchairs small but, adequate. We could not walk past the table due to balcony width and had to enter through 2 separate balcony doors. Plus point, there was 2 separate double opening doors.
Room - small but, adequate. Main light in room could not be turned off and was on all night. Bathroom was small and separated from main room by glass sliding door/screen which left a gap on closing. The bathroom provided extremely limited privacy both visual and audible.
Breakfast- buffet style and very good with excellent pastries. 18 euros pp.
Staff -very pleasant/helpful.
Based on value for money I have rated this hotel as average, I would expect to pay approx £140/160 euros for this room. I would recommend considering other options.

Queen balcony room
Pros:

Staff very friendly but bathroom lacked in privacy with see through shower/bathroom accommodations. Hotel was close to the metro and Ubers/taxis were easily ordered to see attractions.

Exceptional service and wonderful stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Everyone was so accommodating, and we were very grateful for the complimentary room with a view for my mum's birthday. It made our stay extra special. Thank you!

Very chic and nice value for money
Pros:

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for her birthday trip to Paris last week. We enjoyed our stay and here are our notes after staying here for 3 nights.
The location is very good, walking distance from Montmartre, Champs Élysées and pretty much anything on the right bank. If you dont feel like walking the Europe and Rome metro and bus stations are just a few meters away and the Gare Saint Lazare also. The atmosphere is nice and the lobby has a very nice style over it.
We booked a Superior double room and got a rather small room but the balcony with the view over the Sacre Cæur made up for it.
I looked at a lot of hotels in Paris in preperation for this trip and this one was by far best in value concidering the location and the overall look of the hotel.
Housekeeping came by every day and the hotel was very clean and nice. The hotel is not on a busy street and just far enough away from the main road so that the noice does not reach there and in the afternoon and nights it was very peaceful and quiet.
The hotel has a Spa and gym but we did not have time to try them on this trip but maybe next time.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay just outside the crazyness but still within walking distance.
