Please note that the reception opening hours over Christmas are as follows:
15 December to 18 January, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00-16:00.

Номера просторны, балконы впечатляют, вид из окна прекрасен (на сад), но стоило бы наверное раз в три дня полностью убир
Pros:

Место и не навязчивость персонала

Cons:

Сильно охолождал комнату кондиционер и не разу не была уборка (только меняли полотенца и мусор выносили, кровать не убирали - это не характерно отелю 4 звезды (вероятно особенность, мне не понятно)

Potentially excellent but thin walls and partying neighbours spoilt the stay.
Pros:

The layout and balcony. Bed was quite comfortable, and quite spacious. Staff were friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Close to some cafes and shops and to train, bus and ferry

Cons:

Unfortunately walls were thin and my neighbours were having a serious party. This seriously interrupted sleep ahead of an important day for my work. The night security was swift in responding to my phone call that I eventually made. But after sometime the excessive noise returned. Another of my neighbours also made a complaint. I was offered a new room but no other compensation. These neighbours were evicted the next day and I remained in this room. The other issue is that the bathroom floor remains very wet after showering and the only way to really address this is with room service. The cleaning staff were excellent, however. So I have really mixed feelings about this accommodation.

old shower and bath services,water leakage from the shower on the floor, located near the busy street and was a bit noisy during night time

Pros:

Love love love the location! It is so close to the " city cats" ferries for getting around Brisbane in public transport using the"go card. Restaurants nearby. Especially Tuk Tuk for Thai lunch in a garden setting

Cons:

it could use a handicap bar in the shower/bath tub for older patrons climbing out.
