Everything was great, loved the thermostat throughout the room and all the amenities where great.
A bit of a lump in the middle of the bed/mattress was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on otherwise everything was fine.
Good room, very comfortable, has its own kitchen so you can cook if needed.
I've requested a baby cot, there was a disclaimer that "additional charges may apply". I was not confirmed by the hotel that there was a baby cot and the price. After checkout I received a call from the hotel asking for my card information to charge additional $30 AUD for the baby cot. Very disrespectful from the hotel to not align expectations prior to my check-in.
The kitchen was good I liked it the lounge room was good and clean nice set up and the bedroom was clean
The pressure of the water the air-conditioning wasn’t clean could see the dust it stopped the airflow coming through properly the bathroom walls had soap suds all over it and dust
Love this property, everything I needed for my stay. Large clean room with big comfortable bed.
Couldn’t quite work out the Tv system so switched it off in the end. But that could have been me.
The location suited us for our trip. I enjoyed that I could open windows and balcony door. Very close to the City Cat ferry and bus stop to the city.
The location was excellent - an easy walk along the river boardwalk to access the city centre. Ferry terminal was also very handy.
