La falta de respeto del horario en la alberca por los inquilinos
Súper mal servicio, No me respetaron la reservación, llegué al hotel con mis hijos y esposa y casualmente ya tenían todo lleno a pesar de que avisé al hotel que llegaría en la noche,.les valió y utilizaron mi reserva para otro huésped, muy poco profesional
No respetan las reservaciones a pesar de que les llame para avisar que llegaría en la noche, les valió y no respetaron la reservación imagínate llegar a un hotel a las 9 pm con familia y maletas y te digan ya está lleno haganle como puedan

Todo estuvo excelente, lo que marcó totalmente la diferencia en comparación de otros hoteles, fue que me permitieron entrar a mi habitación antes de la hora de entrada porque tenían disponibilidad y no cualquier hotel tiene éso
El personal es amable y la ubicación es excelente, cerca del malecón y la zona dorada.
En este punto no habría hecho ningún comentario por que todo iba bien, pero el personal de limpieza empezó a cortar las hojas secas de los árboles entre 5:30 y 6 de la mañana lo que resultó ruidoso y modesto.
La ubicación y relación precio contra todo es la mejor
Las instalaciones son viejas, el resumido e regadera tarda para desaguar
