Cons:

Bathroom cleanness. There were several small pieces of toilet paper on the floor, given the impression it was not properly cleaned.
The airport shuttle is shared with other hotel, and the other hotel guest seem to have preference. For the time I had booked for, the shuttle skip the hotel (probably it was full from the other hotel), had to wait 30 min for the next shuttle.

Good place to stay
Pros:

We had a nice stay here. The hotel has a great location, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Nothing overly fancy, but a good, reliable hotel for a trip. Overall, we were happy with our experience

Cons:

We had a double queen reserved, but they were gone by the time of our checking. Received a king for 3 adults and a 20 month old. Had to request a room change for the rest of our stay. Elliot was very helpful as well as other staff who's names I can not recall..

They told us the shuttle to the Airport was on its way. After waiting an 1 1/2 it never came. We spent $25.00 on a Taxi. The next day they told us the shuttle could not run do to having a problem with the headlights. We called several times to confirm they were on their way.

Lack of cleanliness. My husband had to clean the toilet before using. It was late at night of course no housekeeping available. I noticed dust on the furnitures and carpet was not kept clean. I did not want to walk barefoot

Run down but a place to sleep.
Pros:

Staff was nice.

Cons:

Staff was nice but someone canceled 😞 our reservation and the hotel was now full. In any case, the place looked run down in need of refurbishment. They contact Ship Creek and got a cab for us but since we didn't cancel they would not pay for the cab($23).
