The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was good perfect temperature and the hotel room was good. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely come back if ever in the area.

I would definitely stay there again. It was very pretty and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The shuttle they provide for free did not take us anywhere. It said it was out of there zone.

Price is too high for an older structure.
Pros:

Convenienty located off the I-80 freeway the Lodge is even closer to Donner Lake. Breakfast was fair and coffee choices great!

Cons:

Swimming pool closed.

Friendly staff & good value.
Pros:

Close to Donner state park. Friendly staff. Good breakfast provided. Comfortable beds. Good value for the area.

Cons:

The deodorizer they used to cover the smells was horrible. Had to keep the window open for fresh air. Bathrooms outdated. Carpets old.
