Pros:

Liked the location, blue line teain right on the corner. Pool on the roof was so fun for the kids. And liked the size of the room and the helpful staff. Housekeeping was great too.

Cons:

The sleep sofa, the floor would be more comfortable. And I told the staff about a cockroach in the ladies restroom downstairs, hours later it was still there partly covered by a tissue 🤷🏻‍♀️. Not all lights are working.

Amazing customer service. Above and beyond.
Pros:

I just wanted to thank Alina, Maya, and Salvador for their help in making sure a critical piece of equipment I needed overnighted to the hotel was received without flaw. They took the matter seriously and I am thankful as I had no room for error. Very excellent customer service!!!

Adequate hotel but outdated. Parking and breakfast not free
Pros:

Overall the hotel is adequate The room was clean but outdated. We were unable to close blinds and had bright light shining in room
All night. Staff was professional and friendly. Extra charge seemed excessive and learned about when checking in. Also 65 dollar a night. Charge for parking adds to overall cost. Breakfast was extra 22 dollars so we skipped breaks. Outdoor pool on rooftop nice.

An adequate facility with a wonderful staff
Pros:

This place was okay, but not notable. Our room was small but adequate, beds were comfortable enough, breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very patient with our large group which included small kids. However, this may be the only Chicago hotel with no nearby restaurants. Also, we are pretty impervious to traffic and other street noise, but if you're not, you may not find it restful.

Great stay. Will definitely say again if ever in the area.
Pros:

We took an Amtrak that arrived at Union Station at 11:40am. We were able to check-in at 1:14pm. That was very much appreciated, considering check-in isn’t officially until 3:00pm. All of the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. When we tried to check in around noon, our room was not ready yet, but they offered to hold our luggage so we could grab lunch while we waited. We also really appreciated the quality of the hand soap and lotion in the bathroom!

Cons:

We had a King Suite. Very nice. The bathroom was quite small for a King Suite, and the pull-out couch was not very comfortable. We also had to request extra pillows for the pull-out:

My worst stay of the year
Pros:

The property was overpriced at $375 per night based on condition of the property. There were fees attached to the bill I was unaware of when making the reservation. The room had a musty smell. There were cracks in the ceiling. There was an ant on the bed. The only good thing to report was the bed was solid and the room quiet.

Probably the worst stay I had all year.
