Pros:

Nothing much except for location and availability during season.

Cons:

Not clean. The floor was disgusting. Cleaning lady showed up once for 4 nights and didn't;t even bother to sweep the floor

A great, memorable and welcoming stay at a beautiful part of the world
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, in an ideal spot and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was large and had everything I needed. I'm a writer and I will be setting some of my latest book in MA, and Falmouth and shall feature the Cape Cod hotel.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Quiet and clean and a good location.
Pros:

Very beautiful and clean. Good breakfast. Nice and quiet. Pool was great.

Cons:

The hotel is long and a couple of floors and it was a little confusing getting around. Some signage to help point people on the right direction would be helpful.

Nice place and a decent deal compared to other nearby places.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Excellent that they have an EV charger. Very communicative.

Cons:

Just a little bit tired in the paint, carpeting, and exterior decor.

My experience at Iris hotel
Cons:

The sheets felt dirty the fridge in my room was broken so my daughter's milk went bad the woman at the front counter checking in was not pleasant the restaurant they advertised as being open was not open and for the very expensive price they charge I felt extremely ripped off

The hotel is in a great location and the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet
