Maria and G from the reception were very kind, professional and helpful. The woman from housekeeping made sure had fresh towels. The woman in breakfast room was very welcoming and made sure all items were stocked.

AC was loud. I literally could hear the person in next room sneezing and smell of marijuana filled the hallway. Business center was a desk in the lobby with a computer and printer. Print quality was poor to
low on toner and reception said they could not change it out. I had to go to FedEx the next morning to get my documents printed prior to my meeting.

The staff was supper friendly and informative.

Cons:

I was quoted $129 per night. The first night of a 2 day trip, that was what I was charged. The second night, I was charged $499, which I assume is price gouging at its worst because of the BTS concert in the area that night. This change in pricing was not informed previous to arriving. Also, the facility was run down, with several features broken or missing.
