I’m not a picky person, but this hotel was really disgusting. It needs a lot of work.
Pros:

The staff was nice, especially the lady that did the breackfast

Cons:

The room was not really clean, floors were dirty, dusty lamp shade, we found a big disgusting toe nail on the night stand, shower curtain was moldy, the toilet was not properly attached to the ground and was really shaky, drawer was broken and hanging down, the pool had a weird looking layer…. almost slimy looking and black stuff was swimming in the water, the whole pool area looked dirty and rusty

Like I said in my other review….. not a nice hotel. We had two rooms and both were dirty and stuff was broken. All our beds had black hair all over. So gross. And the pillows looked like someone just took a nap in it. I’m a housekeeper myself and I never saw anything like that.

Worst Western North Attleboro
Pros:

This Best Western Hotel in North Attleboro had terrible customer service except for one nice guy, and the room had cracks, patches and holes in the walls, the hair dryer doesn’t work, they didn’t have proper linen for the bed, and my girlfriend’s face broke out because of the unclean pillowcases/sheets, and when I called them for more towels because there wasn’t enough, they 6 hours to come give them, they overcharged me for the snack bar, and they couldn’t give me any change for the drying/washing machine when asked, expecting me to have cash, they charged $4.00 for washing and $2.25 for drying, when I arrived they told the guy before nothing about a down payment and nothing about smoking , and mentioned both of those specifically to me and It felt biased and when speaking to me, they treated me as if I’m a smoking thief, and this hotel made me feel a bit hostile because being the only black people here, it felt a bit racist, and the lady laughed and said I quote “Promise me you won’t smoke” I will not be coming back here again.

Good value for money with comfortable rooms
Pros:

Easy to find, rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. All amenities needed (shampoo, shower gel, towels etc). Food places nearby as well as microwave and fridge in room.

Cons:

Gym and pool outdated. Gym some equipment broken, pool some parts looked unclean.

Staff great, maintenance lacking.
Pros:

Staff very helpful - changed our room so my husband had a chair he could sit in.
Room was clean.
Breakfast choices more limited/cheaper quality than last time we stayed here.
Room maintenance poor - bathroom door wouldn't close, stuck on floor.
Bath tub super slippery - a law suit waiting to happen when someone falls! No non-slip mat available.
Mattress sleeps very hot.Pillows lumpy.

Experience at my stay.
Pros:

The room did have a big space and looked cleaned.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of mold on the room and I didn't like how far everything was from hotel and not too much water there besides the gym.

Horrible- worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked OUT - didn’t stay

Proximity to an event we were attending

Cons:

The room was dirty: bedding was not clean, visible hairs in the blanket and on the pillowcases. Tub faucet was constantly dripping. Reported to manager who was indifferent- finally handed me different sheets, not enough pillowcases & no clean blanket for us to change the bedding. GROSS!

Was disappointed in the condition of the room that I was given, and I was too tired to put up a stink. There was a hole in the shower floor, which my foot went into and cut.
