Nice getaway
Pros:

Loved the location..staff and cleanliness...beds were extremely comfortable...best sleep i have had in months!! Highly recommend..all needs meant ....loved the fact it was a bathtub and shower!! Love a bubble bath at night!! Centrally located to where we going...Hampton Beach Salisbury Beach NH and York and Portland Maine!!

Double billing

We had a king suite with pull out sofa on the conference room side. Nice and quiet.

Very disappointed!
Pros:

The location was beside the funeral home.

Cons:

No hot water! The front desk worker said maintenance didn't come in until 7:00 well 4 of us had to get ready for the church service and tild him thats not acceptable. So he came up and let the water run but still no hot water. He left and said he'd check something. He came back and told us the hot water to that end was shut off as those suites aren't often used. The stationary window seals were broken so the huge windows were cloudy and the room smelled moldy. The floors were dirty as if they hadn't been washed in awhile. And lastly a huge spider was in the shower and lots of dead bugs on the floor in the main room.

Pros:

Staff are all friendly and can't do enough to make you feel comfortable. The place is immaculately clean at all times . The breakfast is incredible and the location is wonderful for getting out and seeing Hampton or getting further out to see New Hampshire.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like the stay was exceptional .

Zimmer neu mit guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

Schlechte Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße.
Personal war ahnungslos und sprach schlechtes Englisch. Zimmer und Flure waren sehr, sehr hellhörig sodass man die Gespräche vom Flur und Nachbarn jederzeit mithören konnte (auch mitten in der Nacht).
Zu bedenken ist, dass es KEINEN Fahrstuhl im Gebäude gibt. Sobald man ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss hat, muss alles die Treppen hochgetragen werden.

Overall good stay for the price
Pros:

Overall, I was happy with this stay and would stay here again. The bed was comfortable with decent pillows. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom towels were a decent size. The price was right.

If I had to complain, it would be about housekeeping. We stayed for three nights. The first day they changed out our trash cans only, leaving us with a half a roll of toilet paper. The second day they didn’t come at all so I had to chase down some toilet paper. The third day they only came because we asked them to. My suggestion is if you’re gonna leave an envelope for Tips on the counter, make sure you do something to deserve them. I shouldn’t have to go find my own toilet paper.

This is a two-story hotel with no elevator, so plan accordingly.

Overall nice place to stay for the price.

There was a large bug in the room, a house centipede, which eats bed bugs! Red flag!!! Very noisy with a bus load of teenagers constantly outside our door we turned in our keys 10 minutes after check in
