Overall good stay for the price
Pros:

Overall, I was happy with this stay and would stay here again. The bed was comfortable with decent pillows. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom towels were a decent size. The price was right.

If I had to complain, it would be about housekeeping. We stayed for three nights. The first day they changed out our trash cans only, leaving us with a half a roll of toilet paper. The second day they didn’t come at all so I had to chase down some toilet paper. The third day they only came because we asked them to. My suggestion is if you’re gonna leave an envelope for Tips on the counter, make sure you do something to deserve them. I shouldn’t have to go find my own toilet paper.

This is a two-story hotel with no elevator, so plan accordingly.

Overall nice place to stay for the price.

There was a large bug in the room, a house centipede, which eats bed bugs! Red flag!!! Very noisy with a bus load of teenagers constantly outside our door we turned in our keys 10 minutes after check in

Great inn to smother yourself in pillows
Pros:

Cons:

Bed and pillows were like marshmallow. Had to sllep on the floor. Walls have no sound deadening. Load all night both sides. Fridge clicks loud and comes on every 15 minutes and runs loud for 10 minutes. Batroom fan on cant hear tv so loud. Coffee in room awful. Breakfast was good.

Wonderfully suprised - excellent hotel!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect! It's newly renovated, clean and modern. The bed was super comfy! Towels are great. The people is wonderful. The breakfast bar was super! They had granola, cranberries, nuts, etc for the waffles, and whip cream!!! The breakfast area was large, clean and welcoming. The staff is wonderfully friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

People out of control, no rest at all.
Pros:

We loved the room. We were traveling with our 3 grandchildren.

Cons:

The teenagers next store were in a room without an adult. They were knocking loudly on our door and they were running up and down the common staircase to our rooms. Our grandchildren got scared and we’re asking us to take them home. They wanted to go to sleep at 9 and all of us were awoken several times by them. Every time they ran up and down the stairs, it sounded like a freight train. My wife had to call the front desk to get someone to talk to them. We know it wasn’t quiet time yet but they were out of control. When my wife started to tell the gentleman at the front desk the next day at checkout, he didn’t even take the time to get off the phone and seemed like he could care less. We will never stay there again or recommend another Best Western. It’s too bad because the room was great for us.

Exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

A very nicely renovated older premises, clean entryways, hallways, and the room was very comfortably equipped with new furniture and a quality TV, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa available in the lobby 24/7, as well as a TV and computer stations. The included breakfast had an excellent selection of fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, pastry, waffles, eggs, potatoes and meats, along with hot and cold beverages.
It’s been a long while since I have stayed at a place in this price range that was so well put together and staffed by such an attentive and competent team.
