My family loved the breakfast and the pool. Rooms were clean and very accommodating in size Beds were comfortable. The hallways were quiet and we were able to rest without hearing any outside noise
The only complaint I have is that it took so long to get more towels/washcloths and toilet paper. I called and they were being washed which I understand but it was over 2 hours and for a family of five it was misunderstood that we only needed 2 towels no washcloths and we never received more toilet paper
Location is great as it is only a 10 minute or so ride from the beach and plenty of places to eat close by.
There must have been kids in the room above me as it was loud and banging on the floor both in the morning and late a night. Luckily that was only for the first of 3 nights I stayed there.

Le personnel à la réception de soir et de nuit sont indifférents aux demandes de la clientèle. Pour ce qui est du service aux chambres, horrible à deux reprises la chambre n’était pas fait, lits, poubelles pleines, pas de papier de toilette pas de kleenex ,pas de savon à main. Je laisse pourtant un pourboire chaque jour ils ramassent les serviettes sales et le pourboire sans faire la chambre, pour la piscine matière brune au fond et eau de couleur aqueuse et nauséabonde Éviter les chambres 145 et 146 odeur de la piscine, désagréable et très bruyantes car face a la piscine
Pour avoir déjà fréquenté l’établissement en 2023 et me basant sur l’expérience antérieure je peux vous dire que ça s’est grandement détérioré.
Not much there to like.
Everything, the prices have gone up and the hotel has gone downhill. I won't be staying there again.
La grandeur de la chambre à coucher et le mobilier pratique pour le nombre de voyageur que nous étions.
L’accueil, le personnel débordé et pas au service des clients. Mauvaise gestion du nettoyage des chambre et surtout, attendre 1h30 avant d’avoir la chambre, inacceptable, quand on nous dit d’arriver à partir de 15:00. Cela a jouer sur notre planing de la journée, en plus d’être accompagné d’enfant et d’un personne âgé de 86 ans. Aucun rabais n’a été donnée, pas d’accommodement et le personnel juste submergé par la situation.
Please note that if you stay in a suite there is NO elevator. This was not disclosed when booking. I did not think to ask bc all hotels I have stayed at have had elevators. This one does too but not to their suites. We had to call local EMS to get my 80yr old mother with mobility issues up the stairs. She was embarrassed and not happy.
1. No elevator.
2. The plates at breakfast as the cheapest and most flimsy paper plates that people kept dropping their breakfast bc their plate gave out.
3. Staff saying the owner was unavailable until the next day (we requested a refund due to the elevator issue) and the front desk staff doesn’t have authorization to approve a cancellation without penalty. They would not guarantee that we could cancel without penalty due to non disclosure of no elevator. Could not change rooms because the hotel was fully booked.

The cleanliness was a 10!! The staff very friendly and helpful and would go out of their way to make your stay just perfect. They even had a nice little nightlight in the bathroom!
The breakfast room was immaculate, well kept and the food was great with a large variety. Everything was stocked and kept up accordingly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!!!
