Pros:

Location is amazing. Staff was friendly and check in was easy.
The bed is comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The room and hallway has an unpleasant odour. This is my main dislike.
Whilst the kitchen is well equipped, they not 100% clean, i.e. smudges on wine glasses, sticky oven rack.
The bathroom is also well equipped, but the tiles grout is dirty. The bathroom interior definitely needs refreshing.

Great location but lacks quality
Pros:

The location and the automated check jn and check out process. I did not see or have to deal with a person.

Cons:

The washing machine didn't work. I specifically sought a place with a washing because I got unexpectedly stranded in Melbourne because of the major Telstra outage and I needed to wear the same clothes to work two days in a row. Definitely not happy with that.

Also, the heater didn't work properly and it's remote only had one battery. It needed two. To operate it, I needed to take a battery out of the TV remote, then out that battery back when I wanted to use the TV.

I'd stay there again if I was travelling alone. Wouldn't stay there with my partner.

If you value your sanity and safety you won't stay here
Pros:

It was large

I didnt stay, it was that terrible.
To start with, the building is in a bad location, I buzzed to be let in, which was ignored even though I was there exactly when I said I would be.
Thankfully someone was coming out so I got in, away from the intoxicated person fighting air.

Check in was smooth. Thats where the good news ends.
Building is shabby and old. Got to my room and whilst it looked clean, clearly it wasnt as I started reacting immediately. They used so much air freshener that it has to be covering something up.
I am now covered in a rash and I was only there for a total of 15 minutes.
Also they lied to me, when I let them know about the overwhelming smell, they told me the room was just cleaned before I arrived at 430, however they had already told me the room was cleaned at 10am.
