You get what you pay for. Cheap dirty apartment.
Pros:

the location was perfect for the footy.

Cons:

baby cockroaches on tiles in kitchen area, also in bathroom. hairs of animals and human on spare warm blankets, yuck, pillows as thin as paper. no one in reception to answer questions, when you call it goes un answered. receptionist was running from this hotel to the other hotel she owned so was never around. no cleaners to clean room, receptionist went up with a cloth and spray and wipe when my room wasnt ready for checking in. still waiting to get my bond back

Cons:

no one would answer the phone for two hours and when i needed to wash clothes i took two hours for somone to work out how to use the washing machine , bed was unsleepable

Wouldn’t never stay there again and I will be tell all my friends not to stay there

Cons:

The room did not look clean and the bed felt like the sheets was dirty and the reception was not good you rang the number when no one is there and took 40 mins before anyone came to serve you

Great family holiday but reception needs some improvement.
Pros:

Loved the location and the cleanliness

Cons:

A bit of dusty mould was blowing onto the cot sheets from the air-con we think. Reception never returned my driver's license after scanning it at check-in and i was never notified...even during the following 4 days we were in Melbourne. So was a pain getting it sent back to Adelaide.

Perfect for a family in a great location
Pros:

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to restaurants and the MCG. Very clean and well-maintained property. Everyone in our group arrived at different times and this was not an issue.

Cons:

It's not that we didn't like anything, we had a fabulous stay - one bedroom didn't have a door - not a problem for us because we were a family.

It was ok. It wasn't brilliant. I didn't feel particularly welcomed and some aspects were poor.
Pros:

Staff I encountered, mostly housekeeping were personable and friendly. I suspect a bit overwhelmed and overworked. The room was functional, quiet and had most things I needed. Location was brilliant for what I was doing in Melbourne.

Cons:

The bath had pubic hairs on it when I checked in. The toilet ran constantly for the entire two week stay. I reported both issues twice to reception and had no action taken. The public areas specifically the corridors were very dirty. Carpets desperately need to be cleaned. There was some white powder spilt in the corridor outside my room which took 5 days to be vacuumed. The AC unit was missing it's cover and the TV was too old to stream anything. Kitchen was adequately equipped but not brilliant. Mismatched glasses, crockery and cutlery. There never seemed to be anyone at the reception desk. They were mostly in the back office looking at their phones. Perhaps most frustratingly when I reported the dirty bath and running toilet I was told that some of the rooms were quite old and hadn't been renovated. As i was there for 2 weeks I would have thought best room possible should have been the priority.

Room was large and provided all that was necessary - except for coffee

Cons:

I was emailed on the day I was to arrive (while I was in transit) to say that the reception would close at 1pm and asked for credit card details & ID. My email provider suggested it could be spam. As I was flying, I was unable to do this - I sent a quick message thru Booking.com when I landed to say I was on my way.
I got to the accomodation around 3pm and there was no one at reception, I had no data or cell reception to call.
Luckily I saw a staff member inside and knocked on the door - by this time I was fairly distraught!
Short notice of change of office hours from those advertised was unacceptable!

Room housekeeping was very basic (rubbish emptied) - milk was not replenished and no coffee was provided.

Extremely dirty, run down, stains on bed sheets and bed, walls had poorly repaired paint jobs from holes I assume?

Hairs and random bits or rubbish scattered around the place - genuinely was just incredibly dirty.
