Good hotel
Breakfast food
I m a regular guest at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit. Always nice to come back. The location is very good, very central (if this term can be applied to Bangkok ;-). The General Manager, Mr. Robert Wittebrood is a great and excellent manager, a great leader for many years. And this shows especially by his leading personnel. Would like to mention this time Mr. Emre R.M and Mr. Ae. Thery provided excellent service. The executive lounge provides good service and quality.
Whenever I travel to Bangkok for business, The Westin is always my hotel of choice, and once again, I was not disappointed. The service is consistently fantastic, and the team always makes each stay comfortable and effortless.
A special mention and sincere thanks to Denis at Reception for his exceptional assistance during my recent stay. I had to make some last-minute transport arrangements, and he handled everything seamlessly, making the entire process completely hassle-free. I truly appreciated his attentiveness, efficiency and willingness to help.
It is this consistent level of genuine service that keeps me coming back to The Westin whenever I am in Bangkok. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.
The hotel was great . Especially the buffet breakfast . Cheap Manoj and chef Pon was very cordial and displayed great hospitality.
I had such a wonderful experience! The breakfast was truly outstanding some of the best authentic Indian dishes I’ve had in a long time. Beyond the incredible food, the Chef Sachin’s hospitality really stood out. He is such a kind, warm, and welcoming person, which made the whole meal feel extra special. I highly recommend visiting for both the flavors and the fantastic service!
We had an amazing experience!
Your chef sachin made our breakfast
Superb he served us best dhosa and tea.
This is my regular hotel which I stay whenever I come to Bangkok for business. The downside is that it is a little old but service is not bad nonetheless. One thing that can be improved is the number of laundry bags in the hotel room. I only had one and with the limitations on 2 laundry a day (and you can't accumulate), having more than 1 laundry bag helps. Also, the pillows are extremely soft so always ask for harder pillows if you cannot sleep well with soft pillows. Lounge at 24th floor is nice with cosy seats and decent spread of food on a daily basis.
The hotel location is very good, happy to see Indian cuisine made by Chef Sachin, feels very fulfilling seeing indian local dishes serve here
Breakfast made by Sachin is so good
The chef Sachin was very good . Very caring n took care of breakfast prefrences , taste was so good n was served with lots of passion n care
Sachin, treated us very well. Food taste was very nice.
I prefer to stay at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok and the experience is truly always memorable. A huge shoutout to Chef Sachin, who prepares absolutely delicious Indian food. His hot dosa is crispy, fresh, and full of flavor, and the dhokla is soft, light, and perfectly spiced — easily some of the best I’ve had outside of India. You can tell he puts real care and skill into every dish.
Beyond the food, the entire dining area staff deserve high praise as well. Everyone is cordial, warm, and genuinely attentive throughout the meal. From seating to service, they take excellent care of us and make sure we have everything we need without ever feeling rushed or overlooked.
It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are consistently this good. Chef Sachin and the whole team have created a dining experience that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic, well-made Indian cuisine in a welcoming setting!
My entire family of 9 stayed at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit in mid-June 2026 for two weeks, and we truly enjoyed everything about the hotel and our experience there.
Exceptional Breakfast
We paid for the breakfast each morning, and we are so glad we did! It was incredibly easy to just wake up and head downstairs rather than searching for food outside with a large group.
The spread was fantastic:
* Fresh Fruit & Drinks: They had dragon fruit, mangoes, and fresh coconut water. The juice bar was a highlight—offering both pre-made fresh juices and custom, made-to-order options.
* Variety of Cuisines: There were always delicious Thai dishes, a great selection of Indian food, and the good ol' American made-to-order omelets.
Because we were there every day for two weeks, the servers and hostesses eventually learned our family's faces and preferences, making us feel incredibly welcome every single morning.
Wonderful Housekeeping & Club Level
Housekeeping was always on point. Because of our long stay, our housekeeper, Narin, got to know us well. She always had a huge smile on her face and greeted us warmly whenever we left for the day or returned. She was a great housekeeper and a true joy to see daily!
Our rooms included Club Level access, so we frequented the Executive Lounge on the 24th floor for dinner whenever we were too lazy to go out to eat. The food up there was decent and definitely did the job to keep us full. We skipped the lounge for breakfast, though, because we knew the main restaurant downstairs simply had way more options.
Unbeatable Location
The location is a major selling point:
* Transit: It’s located right by the Asok BTS Skytrain, which was really convenient (when we had the energy to walk up the steps! 😂).
* Attached Shopping: Robinson’s department store is attached directly to the hotel, which is perfect for grabbing any last-minute things you might have forgotten to bring.
* Terminal 21: This mall is conveniently right across the street. It was a lifesaver when my son ran out of underwear—we just popped over to Uniqlo to buy more! They also have an H&M, plenty of great spots for souvenirs to bring back home, a fantastic food court, and a market on the lower level.
Final Thoughts
If you are looking for a hotel in a very convenient location with wonderful staff, the Westin Grande Sukhumvit is a great place to stay if it is within your budget. Highly recommended for large families!

All good
Nothing
We had a wonderful stay, and one of the highlights was the incredible food prepared by Chef Sachin. His omelettes were absolutely amazing, and the bhaturas and every other dish we tried were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.
What made the experience even more special was Chef Sachin himself. He was extremely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. His warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made us feel at home.
A big thank you to Chef Sachin for making our meals so memorable. We look forward to visiting again.
