Loved stay at Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston
Pros:

Excellent, pleasant & professional staff, especially at the registration desk. Hotel was very clean and it's location has a great view of the Charles River.

Cons:

Room in the west tower was a little dated such as the bedroom rug showing some wear and tear but it wasn't to the point of being a distaction.

Bellissimo hotel e vista meravigliosa !
Pros:

L'atmosfera, la posizione comodissima con la metro linea verde a due passi e solo due fermate dalla down town o la linea rossa a 10 minuti per Harvard. Bellissima la vista sul canale e sulla città che si gode dalla terrazza esterna. Gli arredi moderni e gli spazi comuni molto ampi, i ristoranti la piscina e la palestra nto bella

Cons:

Nell'altro ovest la camera bellissima ma la vasca/doccia un po' usurata, andrebbe rifatta la vasca.

Pros:

It was just okay.

Cons:

They charge luxury prices for out of date and snarky staff. We were all woken up at 3 am because their sprinkler system failed and it was clear none of the staff had training on what to do in case of emergency.

Pros:

Location was very great and staff were very friendly

Cons:

The hotel rooms were not very comfortable for the given price. The smoke detector light lit up the whole room at night and flushing the toilet would wake up the whole room.

I was not able to sleep well unfortunately and therefore couldn’t enjoy such a pricey hotel

Great location, dated property.
Pros:

Great location. The suite was spacious.

Cons:

Staff communication was poor. We'd asked for a roll-away bed and were told it would be sent shortly. Had to call multiple times and when the staff showed up they were still confused about it and didn't quite get it. The batch tub side cover was falling apart/not properly fixed. There was a light bulb out in the room (which we called to have replaced).
