Pros:

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel has a classic, elegant feel with beautiful grounds and a peaceful setting right on the bay. The location is fantastic for anyone visiting Tokyo Disney Resort, just a short ride away, making it a perfect base for park days while still feeling like a relaxing retreat to come back to. Staff were warm and highly attentive throughout the stay. Rooms were big and spacious, a nice change after some of the smaller hotel rooms elsewhere in Japan. One of the best hotels of the whole trip.

Great hotel. Expensive food and uncomfortable beds.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The restaurants were great and the food was well varied at the breakfast buffet. Check-in was super easy and they let me get in a little early. I was sitting on the couch and they asked if I wanted to check-in around 1530.

Cons:

The beds were genuinely awful. It was tantamount to sleeping on the floor. The buffet is too expensive for what they were serving, but the variety was fine. I would recommend just getting konbini food for a cheaper price. The drug store gets incredibly busy when the parks close and nobody reigns in the lines.

My kids love this hotel so much. We will come back again.
Pros:

Really well-maintained hotel with spacious rooms and a surprisingly large bathroom. There were plenty of amenities provided, including toothbrushes and toothpaste for kids, which was a thoughtful touch. The bathrobes were incredibly comfortable, and we especially loved that they also provided robes for kids. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
