Facility needs upgraded
Pros:

Location is great and staffs ain’t bad. Has an indoor pool as described.

Cons:

The facility is old, there’s all kinds of smell at the reception, elevator, even in the room when the AC is off. That bed is smaller than a queen size, Pillows small too.

Cons:

The first day we were there the elevator broke. We were on the 3rd floor with young children. Tv didn’t work in the room and it smelled musty or like someone had smoked in the room

Pros:

The hostesses were wonderful. Breakfast was awesome. Fresh real eggs.

Cons:

The stay was great but the room we stayed in was very damp. Don't know why? We had air conditioner on but for some reason even our clothes felt damp.

I signed up at check in with Karen for points and have not received any confirmation to my email.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. The set up of waffles to hot foods should be separate. Too many kids, teens and adults hovering by the waffles.

Cons:

The lady that was supervising the breakfast had long hair that was all over the place. When by the food she should have worn a hair net or her hair secured. Also, she could have used a helper as the lines were long and the tables not cleaned between patrons. And people were eating in the lobby because thre was not enough seating.

Overall it was a great experience, especially for our first trip with our baby. Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Loved the indoor pool, laundry accessibility, and baby friendly environment!

Cons:

Carpets could have been cleaner in the room, and wish that there was more of the breakfast available. It went quick!
