Please note that the property does not accept pets other than dogs. Only one dog per room is accepted and must have up to 10 kg. They can only be accommodated in the sea view rooms and are subject to an extra cost. Dogs are not allowed in the public areas (restaurants, bars, swimming pool). Pets are not allowed in other rooms.

The hotel is old , I would give it 2 starsThe breakfast

The hotel is old and needs a revamp.
It is definitely not 5 stars the breakfast was terrible. The staff are not a bit friendly. The only nice member of stress the man that met us and tuck our cases from us.

Brillliant and I wish we stayed longer
Pros:

Location unbeatable. We had oceanview room with balcony. Looked straight out onto the sand and ocean. Amazing breakfast with many choices. All staff were kind and gracious. Room had all amenities including minibar.

Cons:

Lots of stairs to reach our room. Also locked gate access to the beach at 8pm. Means if you eat at a restaurant on the boardwalk you have to use the public access further from hotel. I suggested a key card lock/ unlock mechanism so guests can enter at all times. Also tiles on the floor were a bit scrappy. Minor detail I know.

Hotel razoável
Pros:

Boa localização mesmo em frente à praia e com acesso privado.
Bom pequeno almoço.
Excelente vista da varanda.

Cons:

As portas do elevador fecham rápido demais e é fácil ficar preso.
Um pouco de caos no pequeno almoço e falta de alguns alimentos que não foram repostos por várias vezes (ovos mexidos, bolos).
Hotel um pouco antiquado.

Pros:

We did not find staff helpful especially after I spoke to them about my expectations about meal requirements. Their menu was very limited and I was asked to choose from 2 dishes. Hotel is run down and and in need of modernisation. It is not a 5 star hotel!

Cons:

Hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Need more cheerful staff. Need to consider buffet restaurant. Currently not a 5 star!
