Nice property in good location close to transport, El Corte Ingles etc. The property has a nice roof top pool. Staff were nice and very helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning system needs an overhaul. The staff were very helpful and swapped our rooms (2) to where the air conditioning was working and we could spend our 2 nights in peace and a good night’s rest. The property has huge potential and needs an overall refurbishment.

Ein sehr schönes Stadthotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber einer Metrostation. Man kann alles sehr schnell erreichen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt’s Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist klein, aber gerade im Sommer zum abkühlen sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel. Es gab nicht viele Ablagen.

Não pretendo mais me hospedar neste hotel o que lamento muito. Eu me hospedo há alguns anos nesse hotel, lamentável.
Cons:

O hotel há alguns anos está muito precário em manutenção, principalmente os banheiros. Banheiros ainda mantém banheiras, pias e vasos muito usados. O ar condicionado está péssimo, o controle de ligar e desligar é na portaria, o quarto estava insuportavelmente quente e me obrigou a descer de madrugada na portaria para tentar resolver o problema. Isso vem acontecendo em todas as minhas últimas hospedagens.

Pros:

Petit-déjeuner très bien : il y avait toujours du "refill". Les chambres sont confortables mais ne sont pas très lumineuses car les fenêtres sont très petites. La Dame de la réception était très compétente.

Pros:

L’emplacement à côté de la bouche de métro et la proximité avec le centre ville.
La piscine, un grand plus en ville.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage, leider mit Abzüge

Das Hotel liegt an der Metrostation. Man kann direkt zum Flughafen fahren. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Einrichtung gut. Es gibt eine kleine Sauna für zwei Personen, die allerdings im Gang ist.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad war anders als beschrieben leider NICHT beheizt. Wir hätten es gerne genutzt, war im März leider nicht möglich. Die Sauna ist im Gang, es gibt keine Ablageflächen für Handtücher, Kleidung...Wenn man sich nach der Sauna auf einer Liege ausruhen möchte, muss man auf die Terrasse zum Schwimmbad ins Freie. Die Fernsehprogramme sind nur auf Englisch und Portugiesisch. Schade, haben das Hotel vor allem wegen des Schwimmbades und der Sauna gewählt und waren bereit auch mehr zu bezahlen als in andere Hotels. Hat sich nicht gelohnt.
