Hotel in Ordnung, leider war das Buchungssystem ausgefallen

Hotelzimmer war sauber und Frühstück in Ordnung.

Cons:

Nur ist das Buchungssystem ausgefallen. Wir mussten 2 Stunden bis das System wieder funktionierte. Durften nicht stornieren und konnten auch nicht unser Zimmer beziehen.

Overall experience was enjoyable
Pros:

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Loved the dark blue paint with the wood, reminded me of New Orleans and some boutique hotels I've stayed in.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. Powdered eggs and chicken sausage were 🤮. Bagels were dry. Wanted some fresh blueberries or something for the yogurt. Dried fruit was just too chewy......

Overall i enjoyed my stay. And will stay again in the future.

Comfort and cleanliness. noisy other attendees. No disturbances. Location was also great.

Cons:

The refrigerator was not cooling. Wasn't sure what was wrong with it. I notified front desk at checkout.
