Pros:

They had hot breakfast which was great, the room had plenty of space and it was close to a couple of places to eat. I love that the Spark hotels check out is at 12 so we don't have to be rushing out.

Modern and comfortable, but with some room for improvement.
Pros:

Modern and stylish hotel with comfortable rooms, a large TV and a spacious bed. The breakfast buffet was good, with a classic American selection plus a few nice extras. There is also a pool. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The welcome at reception could have been warmer. Wi-Fi registration was unnecessarily complicated. The pool water was quite cold, there is no hot tub, and the pool was still locked during opening hours until we called. The sofa bed had not been prepared despite traveling with a child. There was no luggage scale available. We had to use the scale in the gym and weren’t allowed to take it to our room, making weighing our luggage unnecessarily inconvenient. Our response to the hotel’s feedback text initially went unanswered. Only after I followed up myself did we receive a detailed and helpful response, which we appreciated.

Overall day was fine. Wouldn’t recommend doing it again.
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to go.

Cons:

It was cold, I got charged double the price for a dog and I didn’t even stay in this hotel more than eight hours.. website didn’t state there was a security deposit that is nonrefundable plus a fee for a dog

Good budget clean hotel
Pros:

Great upgraded hotel. Great staff. They have the best snack options out of any hotel ive traveled too in their store by the lobby. Very clean. You cannot enter hotel without a key very safe. Great breakfast. Good price. Good location
