The staff were helpful and the rooms were adequate for a 2 night stay
The fire exit being used as a place for smokers to go. The door was being opened & closed frequently throughout the night which disturbed our sleep

Comfortable and relaxed room
Ice maker wasn’t working. One light wasn’t working in room. And the safe wasn’t working in the room.
The staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Lacked professionalism. Not motivated to impress guests.

The room was clean, but had badly stained furniture. The desk clerk was pleasant enough. The location was okay in proximity to Dallas Love. The locks worked on the door. The elevator was quickly responsive. I was drawn by the price.
Not SAFE! Felt uneasy after being dropped off. Decided to stay in my room once checked in. Did not use pool because of that. The window coverings did not black out the street light just outside my window. There was nothing around the motel. No services. Shabby best describes the situation. In the morning I was instructed to arrive in the lobby to meet a 5AM shuttle. The desk clerk appeared to be in an uncomfortable loud conversation. Two other men were upset with the ATM machine and were purposely walking back and forth to the desk and ATM. There was a woman behind the counter, she left and went to the back somewhere. There was no security on the front doors. I was afraid for my safety and almost called 911. A man came in the lobby and in very broken English asked if I was the 5AM shuttle. I said yes, but he left me sitting there. As I'm contemplating going back up to my room for safety, the man said it was time to go. We went outside to a van that did not appear official, nothing like an airport shuttle. I questioned my sanity getting in the vehicle. I always will. I had keys held between my knuckles which seems stupid on any level. Fortunately I've flown out of Dallas Love many times and know the location. We were correctly headed to the airport. We arrived. I tipped the driver and got the hell into the security line. I WILL NEVER USE THAT BRAND AGAIN, NEVER USE THAT LOCATION AND NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT PROMISE A SAFE PROPERTY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. Security should be provided.
Free coffee and tea. I asked for the green tea but the staff did not provide it.
Should clean the room every day.
