The front reception staff were uniformly kind and went out of their way to help, show directions to places we asked about, and provide services.
The dining facility was clean and comfortable, and the bar service was outstanding. The food was so delicious, we ate at the hotel several times. Service was so kind.
The location is central and lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room service was quick and cheerful. The dining food was delicious. The table service was beyond kind. The front desk was amazingly helpful.

Bed was extremely comfortable and the view of the castle was exceptional
Room size was quite small for the price
Comfortable room. The breakfast was good with lots of options and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff also friendly and the evening small plates were good value and very tasty. Small, but well-equipped gym. Shops, castle, stadium and Bute Park all walkable within a few minutes.
The hotel is showing its age a little.

Very central and room was clean
Additional charge to use the leisure centre, on top of a pretty high room rate. Cans of water not in the room, have to get from front desk. Generally very bland and faceless. Disappointing breakfast and a man who seemed in charge of the restaurant at breakfast, shouting at a lot of female staff

AC wasnt cold enough
I loved the elaborate breakfast and the generous room sizes.
The staff was the best part. Fatima, and the staff at them bar were fantastic. The Caesar half was also great. But again the staff was the best as mentioned Fatima.
Everything else. The bathroom had a whole on the ceiling, room service took over an hour and the food was frozen. When i had the room serviced they did not even replace tissues or toilet paper.
