The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is quite old and the room was very small. There was also no air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Rooms were very small
Quiet location but very central , nice old building, comfy actaul double, not 2 singles pushed together.
I though there was a bath, but juts a shower, room on the 5th floor had a high window, it was ugly just at head height so you couldn't really look out much.
The position was very convenient. The building is beautiful, and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was good.
The room was clean, but very small and with no a/c.
Great location
Not the best bed hard pillows and tiny room with no aircom. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but it was unbearably hot when we stayed very expensive breakfast
Sehr gute Lage in Spazierweite des naturhistorischen Museums, U Bahn Station Gloucester Road in 3 min. Zimmer für eine Familie groß genug.
Das Bad ist sehr klein und lässt zwei Personen gleichzeitig nicht zu. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilatoren. Bei uns war es heiß in London

Some noise from outside during night but this is out of Hotels hands.
The room was unbelievably small—fine if you’re one foot tall, but definitely not comfortable for a normal stay. The shower, toilet, and room were all dirty, with dust everywhere. Even the bed had visible marks, which was very disappointing.
If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in London, I honestly wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel based on my experience so far.
I haven’t tried the breakfast yet, so I’ll reserve judgment on that until tomorrow.
