Не очень хороший вариант для проживания. Больше не буду там оставаться.

Заселили с опозданием на 30 минут, нет кондиционера, лифт работает очень , в ванной вода уходит плохо. На полу ковер от пыли пахнет плохо. Очень шумно.

Will definitely return next time in London.

Great location walking distance to the V&A, and Science Museum, Natural Histories Museum, the Royal Academy and Hyde Park. Glouster Road Undergroud close as well as all essential shopping, pubs etc

Budget hotel, dated, but clean. Probably wouldn’t stay again though.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating the staff found us a new room and were very good.

Cons:

We originally got a room that was the size of a shoe box, touched the furniture moving round the bed.
The rooms were dated and a bit tatty but it was clean.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war relativ klein, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend. Betten und Kissen (flach) waren sehr bequem und wir hatten tollen Schlaf. Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht genutzt. Lage des Hotels mega - U-Bahn Station ist in 3 Min erreichbar und dort ist man gleich an 3 Tube Lines. Grundsätzlich mega schönes Bezirk mit Essens- und Kulturangebot in der Nähe.

Cons:

WLAN hat nicht immer gut im Zimmer funktioniert. Und in unserem Zimmer war das Fenster sehr hoch, man konnte gut lüften, aber nicht rausschauen.

So we booked a superior double(king bed) based on a previous visit. When we arrived we were put into the smallest shoebox of a room. Obviously I complained the receptionist couldn't find another room but the manager did..so got moved eventually but took up too much of our valuable time on what was the start of a romantic weekend. Not a great start. For the price we paid £334 for 2 nights did not even include a basic breakfast. Perhaps they should have offered us a comp breakfast as a sorry for getting our room wrong. Sadly I will not be returning for a 3dr visit after being let down this way.

Dated and dark tiny twin room. Nothing like pictures!

Pic of room we booked was nothing like room we were given and reception simply said thats what you booked when picture was clearly of a different room 😡 Tiny twin. Dated dark room and very worn and old fashioned furniture. Very disappointing for what we paid when supposed to be a superior twin !!

Great location, good value for money but a little tired.
Pros:

Excellent location and very friendly staff, quiet location.

Cons:

Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable which was a real shame as everything else was ideal for a short break away.
