Cons:

Bylo trochu horko ve 4.patře /okna nejdou otevřít dokořán/, ale hotel to kompenzuje ventilátory na pokojích.

Saí do quarto as 11am e quando voltei as 10pm a porta do meu quarto estava aberta. O serviço de arrumação esqueceu de fechar.

Pros:

We stayed in a family room which was large and enjoyed the fact there were proper beds for the two children, and not just a sofa bed like in many other rooms.
Location was great. Close to museums and Hyde park just around the corner. Staff very kind and helpful.

Cons:

There aren’t any fridges in the room which would have been helpful. Our son is vegan and would have been nice to have the possibility to store some things for him.
There is no air conditioning however we managed with the fan that was provided. The rooms can get quite hot in the summer, however I presume a lot of hotels suffer from this problem.

Good small hotel in key location.
Pros:

Staff excelent, food good, location good even quiet most of the time.

Cons:

Room space quite small though adequate for short stay. Probably as good as can be had given the location.

A medium sized hotel in South Kensington
Pros:

This is an interesting hotel in South Kensington about 10 minutes walk from Gloucester Road underground station. The staff are friendly and keen to help. The rooms are well furnished and a reasonable size. There is a public lounge with bar and television. Breakfast is served in an attractive room with most tastes catered for. Reception is a bit casual. The only free water is in the lounge.

Cons:

No air con, breakfast was strange, they split the breakfast into continental and cooked breakfast ... pay extra if you want cooked. Continental breakfast was lovely though. Bar was not well staffed
