Top locatie op loopafstand van Natural & Science Museam. Je bent binnen no time bij de metro en personeel is erg vriendelijk

Basic for a 4 star hotel
Super Lage, nettes Personal, Parken direkt vor dem Hotel bzw. in nahegelegenem Hotel. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.
La posizione in una zona residenziale circondata da bellissimi palazzi ma anche a pochi passi da ristoranti e musei. Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Hotel old style affascinante.
Letto molto comodo e strada silenziosa.
Ho viaggiato in famiglia e la camera quadrupla è un po' piccolina. Non c'era frigobar. Faceva molto caldo , forse inusuale per Londra. Non c'è aria condizionata ma ci hanno offerto delle bottiglie d'acqua e hanno messo due ventilatori.

No iron, the furniture was very tired and broken, the beds and pillows were not good

Good hotel. Very convenient location for museums and the Royal Albert Hall. Tube station (Gloucester Road) 5 minutes walk at, where there are shops and restaurants. Hotel has great staff, very helpful and polite. Room we had, although small had everything we needed as a base. Our breakfast was included in the price and was good. Choice of fruit, cereals and a cooked breakfast, though no baked beans, which was odd. Small lift but it did the job. The bar was good and they served very good breakfast tea 👍.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are going to the Royal Albert Hall or want to visit the many museums in South Kensington.
On the other hand I've had much better tasting Camden pale ale, not the best.

Location
Great location - very near Gloucester Road tube station and tourist destinations such as The Natural History Museum and The Albert Hall. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Nice, intimate bar area.
My room was quite small and unbearably hot with no air conditioning and a window that only opened about 3 inches. It was east facing so I had to keep the blind down to keep the sunlight out. A fan was provided - along with free bottles of tap water and unlimited ice cubes - but the room was too hot to spend any quality time in apart from sleeping! Even when the weather cooled and it was pleasant outside, the hotel room and corridors remained at a very high temperature. A shame, because the hotel had a nice vibe overall.
The location of the hotel was excellent.

Room fan was broken , saw big cocratche at my room ... fresh bath towel had someone's fake eyelash stick to it....
The Strathmore hotel is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Kensington. The staff went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed, and their service was kind, professional and timely. As a special surprise the manager, Gyöngyvér put a lovely swan towel sculpture on our bed for our 26th wedding anniversary. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for taking such good care of us!
Also, we had a wonderful experience during the full English breakfast and also the dinner of fish and chips and a beautiful squash soup. As an early riser I was also able to enjoy a cappuccino at the lounge even before breakfast time.
