Probably nothing to rave about the room was uncomfortable. Looks nothing like the photos. Staff were unpleasant and when trying to strike up a conversation it was an effort for them to answer any
Everything including bedding sleeping situation facilities staff location
Clean and tidy, good location
I stayed on a Sunday night.. big mistake
Phone failed to pair with TV even though connected to the WiFi and verified by reception.. was told no technician on site to help
Ordered room service which took 1.5 hours. Could not contact reception, 5 unanswered calls and was told only one staff member on duty 🤷🏻♀️
What was to be a night of respite was very disappointing
All good amenities overall
No complaints
ROOM WAS NEAT AND TIDY STAFF WHERE AMAZING DIDNT REALIZE IT CAME WITH BREAKFAST BUT I WILL STAY THERE NEXT TIME IM GOING TO SYDNEY FOR WORK LOVED IT
BENCHES NEEDED TO BE CLEANED WHEN ROOM WAS CLEANED
Location, close to events we were attending
We booked the room for three people and specifically requested the additional bedding. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the sofa bed had not been made up and there was no additional bedding in the room.
I tried calling reception using the in-room phone, only to find that it was not working, so I had to use my own mobile phone. After being placed on hold, I explained that we required the bedding that had been requested with our booking. I was bluntly told, “You’ll have to collect it from reception.”
Having arrived earlier with my 10-year-old child and ordered room service, this left me in an awkward position. Do I leave my child alone in the room while I go to reception to collect bedding that should have already been provided, potentially leaving them alone when the food arrived? Or do I wait several hours until my husband arrives? And after collecting it, am I then also expected to fold out the sofa and make the bed myself?
I suppose my question is: when I am paying to stay at a hotel, at what point does it become the guest’s responsibility to collect the required bedding and make the beds?
Mistakes happen, and I understand that things can occasionally be overlooked. However, the disappointing part was the lack of customer service and willingness to resolve the issue. A simple apology and having someone bring the bedding to the room would have made a significant difference.
Overall, I was disappointed that the customer experience did not seem to be a priority.
Location and convenience to Blacktown Hospital
Noisy neighbor 😅
Thin walls and could hear their conversations, coughing etc
Everything really from the workers which nothing was too hard if we had a question. They had the answer for us.The place was always clean and tidy. The snacks you have in the glass cabinet was a good choice.Great idea having ice cream . also popcorn..The drinks you had were good .Also the coffee was to die for when we left around 4.55am.
Nothing really
Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly.
Room service charged me $12 for a $1 garlic bread which was so overcooked it was inedible. Toilet paper was extremely low quality.
Comfortable
Location
