Great room, location, and price
Pros:

Huge room and it was super affordable! Also parking was only $20 per day which is much cheaper than other spots. Great location too!

Cons:

One of the lifts didn't go to ground floor so I was stuck and had to use the fire escape loll. Maybe out signage to avoid this confusion.

Perfect stay for a family trip away.

Pros:

Great location, nicely sized room.

Cons:

Water pressure wasn't great. Complimentary snacks (eg. crackers or chocolates) would have been nice. Also, no room service menu was available.

Comfortable
Pros:

Location was good, nice and close to restaurants. Parking was convenient. Friendly check in/check out service.

Cons:

I would say that the rooms need repainting to freshen it up a bit. Maybe even adding hand wash instead of a soap bar. The furniture was nice and more modern.

I would recommend it very much for Canberra visitors and would definitely return to stay.
Pros:

Love the location - very close from the inter-city bus terminal (walking distance); also walking distance from city shopping areas, restaurants/bars etc.
Room was very sizeable and very comfy (bed, lighting, TV/entertainment). Also the gym area/indoor heated swimming pool was a PLUS!

Nice place to stay, very clean, just a little more initiative and attention needed
Pros:

Very clean. Received an upgrade to a larger room which was very kind. Accommodated our request for 2 x single beds. Thank you

Cons:

Our door card did not work for most of the visit. We had to call reception 4 times because we couldn’t get in and finally the lady at reception brought up batteries and changed the door lock which finally fixed the problem, but they could have done that 2 days prior as we identified the problem as soon as we checked in. Very annoying having to wait each time for someone to come up to our door and let us in each time.
