Perfect for what we needed
Pros:

Breakfast was good and plentiful.
The evening meal we had was a small menu but first class bar food.
We were impressed with the staff, efficient polte and hard working

Great place to stay. See you next time!!!
Pros:

Convenient location, with a restaurant next door and easy access for getting in and out of Perth quickly. It’s especially convenient if you’re travelling by car or van. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little fusty-smelling, and I noticed the extractor fan wasn’t working. Don't get me wrong, wasn't too bothered by it as it's the reality sometimes with a wet room. It was also difficult to get seated for breakfast on Sunday morning, as everyone seemed to come down at around 9 o'clock. It might help to open the two vacant rooms either side of the overflow breakfast room, which looked like small conference rooms.

Great place to crash for the night. The pub next door is great too!
Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfy, the shower had power, the brekky was perfect to start my day and I'll certainly go back!
