Wonderful stay! Highly recommended
Pros:

We recently stayed in a Junior Suite at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore and had a very enjoyable stay.

The location is excellent, with Bencoolen MRT Station right next to the hotel and plenty of food options just a short walk away. Getting around and finding something to eat was very convenient.

The service was warm and friendly throughout our stay especially the staff who assisted us. They are Santi and SiJie who make us feels at home. As Junior Suite guests, we also enjoyed access to the Club Lounge, which offered breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, and evening cocktails in a quiet and comfortable setting.

The suite was spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day out.

Overall, Rendezvous Hotel offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and attentive service. We would definitely stay here again.

Fijn hotel met goede service

Zeer fijn ruim hotel. Goede bedden en douches.
Onze 1e kamer lag vrij dicht bij een uitgaansgelegenheid en de bas hoorde je een beetje.
Net genoeg om er niet van te kunnen slapen voor 03.00 uur.
We hebben om een andere kamer gevraagd en die was snel geregeld. De koffers stonden klaar op de nieuwe kamer toen we terug kwamen van een tripje naar Little India.
Zeer fijne service.

Cons:

Het tapijt op de gang (7e verdieping) is wat verouderd maar voor de rest een prima hotel met een hele goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

A Great Hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic Hotel very clean comfortable stylish decor in my opinion and tastes. Great position at the end of Orchard road, food is good amenities fantastic, staff very helpful, overall top hotel that I highly recommend and also very fairly priced I felt. We will stay again this November 2026.

A great Location to stay in Singapore
Pros:

We loved the Staff. I must make a special note of Andrew the gentleman at the Front office. What I appreciate in him is the Empathy. Understand the Guest and going out of his way to help. While he could have not done it and yet not have received a bad review as the Hotel policy did not have to do what he did. Kudos to him and the staff.

Cons:

The Breakfast could have had a bit more changes on a daily basis. A guest staying for a slightly longer stay would have been stuck with a range which they would have absolutely loved or would have been a nightmare.

Excellent Stay with Great Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would like to thanked hotel for the complimentary upgrade to a Club Room, as well as the thoughtful amenities and welcome setup. It was a very pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated.

The service throughout my stay was excellent. From check-in to check-out, all staff members were friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to the Manager Mr Mano, Anthony and the staff member who was assigned to the lounge yesterday (sorry, I didn't manage to catch her name) for their warm hospitality and outstanding service.

The hotel's location is just right next to Bras Basah MRT station, easy and convenient to travel around the city.

Room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, comfortable environment to relax after a day out.

Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. Will stay here again.
