Cons:

No hicieron limpieza de la habitación, te dejan bolsas de basura y no limpian la habitación. Terrible. Esperaba un poco más

We do a family trip every year, this was the first time here. I did pass for ocean front , although they did accommodate

Disappointed! Timeshare resort never again!
Pros:

The beach, one pool and jacuzzi. Landscaping was nice.

Cons:

Rude Management. Bait and switch tactics. Ocean side room is overlooking a parking lot on the second floor. It's a timeshare location. You are treated like a second class guest. Timeshare owners are allowed late checkouts so we had to wait. Dated room, stained carpets, junk on hall near room.1 pool was closed for resurfacing. Noisy work being done.

I love Singer Island and your resort was a perfect location.

Cons:

Check in. We arrived early and were told our room was almost ready. We had to go back and see if our room was ready after the original check in time.
