Amazingly friendly and patient front desk staff!!
Great location to attractions. Staff was friendly but didn’t communicate clearly.
Shower water was lukewarm.
Door was very hard to close, had to slam it.
Curtains were torn and broken.
Bed sheets had yellow stains.
It was close to I75.

the pool was not heated or clean, it had bad algae bloom, few of the outlets in the room didnt work, the fifth lounge inside the hotel wasnt open for supper despite google saying they were open but the front desk told me they only serve breakfast for the last 5 months. was told on the phone a week prior to arriving that i could check in at 2 got there at 245 and was told no early checkins their check in is at 4 but at 315 to 330 i saw multiple people arriving and getting a room right away, the pictures on google DID NOT match the actual hotel, the lights outside didnt light up like the pictures the pool area didnt look the same, the room and lobby had a strange smell. all around bad environment and expirience will never go back or recommend!

The room was large and comfortable with a nice view.
We ordered room service and after an hour of waiting we still didn’t receive it. When I called they told me I shouldn’t even have been able to place and order and they canceled it. But I still got charged for the entire order and now have to deal with a charge back or refund. We had to go out on a walk to find food (much later than planned) and there were a lot of homeless by the corner making a ruckus.
