Some of the staff was nice but I was not a fan of this Hotel.
Pros:

the view was nice

Cons:

The bed was very hard and the way the TV was placed it was hard to get comfortable to watch. Ice machines on our floor and the floor below didn't work. No basket for the coffee machine waited for hours for someone to come up finally went down and got one from the front desk.

Cons:

First of all, I walk into the hotel to check in, and the first thing I see is 2 cockroaches running across the floor in front of me, the lobby had a strange musty smell to it, the room was clean but outdated, the fan in the bathroom did not work...the hotel was in a spot to where there as massive road construction going on, and it took us forever to figure out how to get to it. When I told the lady at the front desk about the Cockroaches she just ignored me, she was not very friendly.

Got it to watch the fireworks and for the most part it was nice but we didn’t get a good view for all the money we spent
Pros:

Our room
Was nice but our friends room had carpet. Ours had hard wood floor and thier room had a bad smell to it.

Cons:

Hardly any Ice machines work

Pros:

we were there to see the fireworks the room was nice and clean

Cons:

you front desk person Desiree was rude and very unprofessional, she was more worried about it being her birthday and getting off at 3:00 then she was willing to help us and answer any questions. Trust me I wasn't the only person that she was rude to everyone in the lobby was talking about how nasty she was

Disappointing
Pros:

"18 at the Radisson", the spinning restaurant at the top of the hotel was very good. Staff was friendly enough for the most part.

Cons:

Overall appearance of the property as a whole. The entire place lacks proper upkeep. Premium hotel prices and I felt like I was staying in a Motel6.

Disappointing anticipation
Pros:

I like that it was close to the river so we could walk to the fireworks.

Cons:

I had to plunger the toilet myself because there were problems with it even before I got there. Found a bug in the bathroom. The place was obviously old and worn out.
