Location and staff
We didn't have hot water
Room was spacious but noisy from traffic on the i75, fittings were dated and staff not very happy to accommodate my request for a room with disability bathroom with grab rails and a walk-in shower.
Helpfulness of the staff when I wanted to inspect a room before committing.
Room was clean, bed comfortable and balcony had a great view.
Everything served the purpose of my stay.
The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and the hotel was near the stadium and other attractions in downtown Cincinnati.

The rooms were disgusting. The sheets were stained with black mold and holes. Some beds were covered with hair. One of our rooms look as if someone had slept in it and showered. There was towels and trash still in the room. We were told housekeeping only cleans every 3 days and that they are “barely a 3 star hotel. What do we expect”. They had so many complaints that they gave us 5 minutes to look at our rooms. If we didn’t like them we could get new ones. When we asked for new rooms, the front desk employee Pam had an attitude and didn’t want to help. They called the police on us and refunded everyone. We had 19 rooms. The police officer says it happens every other day there smh. The pictures on booking and their website is definitely AI!! The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The pool area was full of roaches. Not cockroaches but ROACHES! And they had rat traps all over the hotel. The ice machines didn’t work. They had trash in them.
Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean. Food at restaurants was good. Pool was nice.
No hot water for showers in mornings. Bed was stiff. Pool needs little work.

The breakfast was good but we only got it because it was complimentary. Staff did try to help with the bad experience.
Location was closer to the freeway than riverfront. The first room was hot from no ac and smelled terrible. The second room toilet over flowed and the tub filled up during showering. We were going to cancel but they offered an upgrade and breakfast. Still was over charged by booking.com once I found out what Radisson charged compared to booking. Wouldn’t recommend
Location and nostalgia of having stayed there for years past.
Had no hot water the entire three day stay, it was out at check-in and we were not informed. Restaurant AC was out and we were not notified even though we had a reservation. Dead lady bugs in door track to balcony. AC unit was inconsistent.
