Mostly bad but some good parts
Pros:

Stayed one night. Any longer and we would have gone elsewhere. Bathroom light over sink did not work, light on one side of bed not working. TV not available due to an upgrade. Curtains tattered. Person in the room across the hall had many notes on the door about how no one should knock on the door! Kinda creepy. Everything looks tired. Breakfast was adequate and the beds were comfortable and clean.

We had a great stay
Pros:

we found it to be nice and quiet, no carpet on the floors, beds were comfy and we felt at home. property lawn and facilities looked to be well maintained. It is being operated by Indian folks and there are alot of forein workers which might be why people feel the staff isnt friendly but ... I belive its a breakdown in language. We are canadians and didnt have an issue.. everyone smiled and was friendly. it quet away from the street large private yard to relax. outdoor pool it was clear sparkiling blue when we were there July 18th,2026. I have zero complaints.

the only thing I wish they would of served breakfast a bit later. till 10 am not 9 on sunday

We never made it past the Lobby. A complete disappointment.

The Extremely Strong Chemical Smell in Lobby. The completely unorganized front desk. The gentleman had no idea which rooms were ready. He was checking room numbers on scraps of paper. We waited for an hour for our room. The had to check it to see if it was clean. It was after 4pm. We asked for our money back. They said we had to get it from Booking Dot Com. They messaged the hotel. We never got any response back. We never received a refund. Very disappointing. Do not waste your time on this Hotel. It is completely unacceptable.

Clean, reasonable, basic.
Pros:

Good value, clean linens, decent hot breakfast.

Cons:

Lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but rooms smelled okay. No fitness center.

J'ai donné 100$ en argent pour le dépôt de garantie et je croyais qu'il allait me rembourser sur ma carte de crédit. Je suis parti et le lendemain j'avais rien sur ma carte J'ai appelé et ils ne veulent pas le déposer sur ma carte. Je dois y retourner pour ramasser mon argent. C'est n'importe quoi

The cleanliness of our room, exceptional housekeeping & the free continental daily breakfast!
The pool was good also.

Cons:

Our refrigerator froze all our stuff.
The pool area was a disgrace! Broken chairs and broken umbrellas.

I came on July 4th with my husband and 2yr old traveled an hour and a half in 86 degree heat, to show up and get told there’s a 100$ deposit nobody mentioned when we booked online, that wasn’t in our budget and we would’ve paid 400$ to stay for 15hrs, that’s actually insane. We’re a one income family and this was our first family vacation and we had a ton of bags packed up and ended up with nowhere to stay and we had to go home. Extremely disappointed
