Could be better but I’ve been driving to Maine too often and I’m tired of the hwy rides every week.N
Pros:

Breakfast excellent
Desk staff nice and friendly
Even phone call about $100 feet questioned answered will be credited soon. Not to worry
Everyone was calm and nice broken past in lot and my room window was broken and just worked at it for 5 minutes and got it closed. It should be repaired or replaced

Cons:

I wished I could have done an extra day overnight but unable to.

We will never stay here again. Very disappointed.
Cons:

Furniture was damaged. Dislodged screen on our ground level room window made us nervous. The room smelled of wet dog. Overall I couldn’t wait to leave this rundown hotel.

Our stay at Saco Bay
Pros:

Friendly staff and entire hotel was spotless.

Cons:

Discounted rooms are usually not the ocean view rooms and I understand. It would be nice to have the option to upgrade to an ocean view room on the booking app without having to call the hotel. I wasn't a fan of the upscale breakfast as I'm a picky eater.

A good option if you just need a place to sleep while in the area.
Pros:

Easy to get to, rooms have the basic amenities.

Cons:

The breakfast offerings are really subpar and lacking, in a commercial location that is remote from the downtown areas. When requested an extra pillow from the front desk, was told I couldn’t have it. I forgot to pack toothpaste, and was told the hotel did not provide it upon request.
