Decent enough to land here.
Pros:

This property was very convenient for our visit and we only landed there each night. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect during the scorcher of a stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was not as good as other locations that we have stayed that offer a continental breakfast. The bathroom provided us with a few laughs as the toilet sat really low and there were very low nightstands next to the bed. All workable. The hairdryer didn't work but we had one with us so not a big deal.

Cons:

La piscine (extérieure) aurait besoin d'un petit coup de jeune, mais tout est fonctionnel.
Nous avons eu un imbroglio (une femme a ouvert la porte de notre chambre pendant qu'on était à l'intérieur ce qui nous laisse penser qu'elle avait une clé magnétique qui pouvait ouvrir notre porte. Nous avions mit le 2e loquet de sûreté, donc elle n'a pas pu rentrer). Lorsque nous avons appelé à l'accueil, ils ont pris en charge la situation tout de suite.

Je recommande pour un séjour à Old Orchard car c’est tout prêt .
Pros:

Rapport qualité / prix . Déjeuner très bien . Chambre propre.

Cons:

Les diffuseurs dans les couloirs avaient un odeur prononcé et particulière et même que au déjeuner , on a débranché la machine car ça altérait le goût de notre mangé.

Had a family emergency during the check-in process and had to leave mid check-in The hotel failed to return or follow up on a possible exception refund for our stay. Booking.com main phone number was helpful ensuring that they will reach out to the hotel with a solution. The hotel never did per email I received. Ill still be waiting for my phone call.

Outside land scaping was dirty, over grown grass, a lot of solicitors staying in cars on the property.
The front desk agent was awful. Even hearing him talk to other guests on the phone. He was cold, unwelcoming and did not see or understand our situation.
The entire lobby was thrown, felt like a film of dirt was on it, the entire half of the front desk wall was patched drywall.
From the outside when we drove up to when we walked in the it was uncomfortable, uneasy and unsafe feelings.
